Experience matters. Geovani was not the lowest bid, but we hired him for his experience. Our 35 year old condo had lots of surprises behind the walls and in the plumbing, but he handled them all. Another contractor may not have been prepared to deal with the problems encountered, and in the end we definitely got our money's worth. Highly recommend.

Geovani and his assistant Eduardo were " Great ". He was honest and upfront about my situation and he explained , from A to Z , just what the job required . Great job & Very fair price . I would definitely , highly , recommend their services .

Geovani is personable, knowledgeable, hard working, dedicated and trustworthy. He's upfront with you about what your situation is and explains what he'll need to do to remedy that situation. He saw the job through till he was finished and his price for service was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire Geovani again for any problems that arise.

Initially I hired him to repair a screen door but he ended up repairing closet doors, checking and repairing electrical outlets and installing a storm door. Very friendly and detail oriented. Did not mind staying until work was done.

I highly recommend this handyman Giovanni. He did an excellent job repairing my drywall, window, and doors. The price was reasonable. He has a great personality and I enjoyed talking with him. The installer did nothing on time. The top of the fence is NOT a straight or level line. The wood fence panels were installed too low in the ground, (1) allowing the bottom edges to stay wet and decay sooner, and (2) the 3 gates cannot be opened unless we lower the area where the gates swing, and this caused a hole that collects water and hinders the normal drainage. The contractor agreed to carry the old fence to the road curbside, but did not. The gates have the gate locks on the wrong side of the doors. There is no way to open any gate from the front yard, even if there are no locks on them, because there are NO handles on the front yard side. It has been over a month and it is not finished, nor functional. He was informed three times before the work started how we wanted the gate locks and direction of the swing was to be the same as the old fence. In addition, I hired the same to paint the exterior of my house, the pool deck and the entry porch floor. The trim was to be a gloss finish, but they used a flat paint. The pool deck and the entry porch floor were to be painted with deck paint, but they used masonry paint. The paint was stained with every human or dog's step from day one. Both areas are now dirtier after a few weeks than before it was painted some 4 or 5 years ago. The contractor did offer to repaint the decks if I pay an additional cost for the paint and labor charges. I have no intentions to pay extra money to correct the contractor's mistake of using the wrong paint. Also, the contractor applied a portion of money that I paid toward the painting job and applied it to pay the total price of the fence before it was ever finished.

This guy is good and very friendly. I completed work by staying late also. Did clean work and charged very reasonable. When I contacted him, he responded immediately and started work same day and finished same day. This makes me very happy.
