He was so fast I had time left over. The work looks gorgeous. He did an awesome job and I will use them again. I couldn't ask for anything more. They have been very much gentlemen. They will do what you ask them to do and they are very professional. I really enjoy working with them. I have never felt threaten in any way I feel perfectly safe. They are kind and good people to have in you house.

While they appear to be courteous and upfront on their dealings, they do not provide any warranty on their work nor do they decline work for which they're not qualified for. I hired them to repair fallen cornice mouldings in the pool area and after a few weeks they came down and were unable to resolve how to make permanent repairs. They also undertook to repair damages to ceilings but did not have the proper texturing equipment to do so and the completed job was worse than before the repairs. The ceiling damage was due to water leakage from the upstairs toilet, for which they were unable to determine and turn-off the water valve. It finally took a house inspector to make the right diagnosis and to turn-off the water valve to prevent any further damage.

The first thing I wanted them to do was replace a light bulb and they broke the light fixture. I was told that they would replace the fixture but after a month they still had not replaced it. The owner finally said he would reimburse me for the broke fixture but I haven?t received any money back. I also wanted them to re-caulk my kitchen. I asked them if I had purchased the correct caulk and they said I did and used it to caulk my kitchen. It was the wrong caulk so it never dried properly. The owner came out about a month later and redid the caulking. The owner also said he could replace a door hinge for me and he told the old hinge but never came back with a new one. This has been going on for months and they have not repaired or reimbursed me for anything yet.
UPDATE 10/17/2016 Tropical not only never completed service, but accidentally broke one of my light fixture covers when trying to remove it, and took a replacement door arm joint (that I had purchased), with the promise that they would return it and purchase the correct type?..etc?

I wasn't all pleased with the service, they took like six months to get to me and he took all these pictures and then he said he was going to order the stuff and bring somebody over there and then every time I tried to get him to come over he want to do it on a week end and I couldn't do weekend and then he finally sent some guy over that didn't even had any equipment what so ever so I had to buy all he even his tiler I had to buy.

The man who came to do my service was a young man named Cole and he was very good. The only thing is they were kind of late showing up. I guess there was a miscommunication. They were over an-hour-and-a-half late so I had to keep calling to see where they were. The one guy said that the other guy did not tell him that he had to be there at 3:30. They did show up and he did a wonderful job and I was happy with that. Cole got in there and even though my bedroom had a lot of stuff, he did the crown molding and he did a really good job and he fixed all the closet doors. I was happy with him. He was very good. He knew what he was doing. He did it in a really nice, timely manner and he was very polite. There was a communication issue. It was the owner and it was not the guy that came to do the work. It was the owner himself that had a poor communication issue. The cost I think was fair. Cole was very professional. If I would get Cole, I would consider using them again.

Purchased deal on 1/9/2016. No contact from provider until February. No work even started until mid-February. As of 4/19/16:  House and trim are painted satisfactorily BUT the front and back entrance doors are a mess. Front door was so bad that owner indicated that they would have to purchase a replacement door for it to be acceptable.

Painting started on approx Feb. 18. House caulked and pressure washed. House painting went well but shutters were spray painted on a windy day which caused overspray on the house and drip marks on the shutters. Changed paint and second attempt went well.

When doors were painted, they were NOT removed from the hinges nor were the door knobs removed. I think they told me they had applied 4 coats to one door but it was still streaking the paint. They then primed the door and tried to paint again. After this was still a bad paint job (I have pictures of the doors in progress) they decided we needed to buy an oil based paint. Door was primed again and oil based paint applied. Painter did a horrible job with drips and runs; and when the door was opened the next morning, the paint had stuck to the weatherstripping and pulled away from the door. This was on March 11. This is the front door.

March 19 same painter was sent back and started to strip door. only got 1 panel partially completed then stopped, saying the door should be removed and stripped but could not due to rain.

March 22, after 2 beautiful days still nothing. Owner said he would be back on 3/24 to personally complete. Applied many coats of a strong paint stripper but door was not coming clean. Owner said the only way to complete the job was to replace the door.

I was away for work from 3/29 through 4/14 and nothing was done during my absence. 4/18 new (from rehab place I'm guessing due to the many dents on it) front door was installed and painted. Paint was bubbly and large smear where it was grabbed while paint was still wet. In addition, the door is not the same size as the original door, short by 1/2 inch in both height and width. I was left with an inch gap at the bottom and the door was so far from the latch that only the dead bolt would catch and only then by about a 1/4 inch.

Back door was also a mess. No hardware was removed to paint and hinges were painted. The door was not even opened to paint so paint was also partially on the inside jamb. Door had window and only part of the window was painted (again, I have pictures to show all of these comments).

I paid to have this done on 1/9 and work didn't start for over a month. Here we are on April 19 and I am still waiting.to have this completed to my satisfaction. Owner stated that they did NOT measure door before ordering a replacement thus the reason for the door that does not fit the opening.

At this point, over 3 months later, I am totally frustrated with this whole transaction and would like to be refunded a portion of my money to enable me to purchase a new door to replace the one that is totally unable to be repaired and to have it painted properly.

I was disappointed in the work.  There was paint on the tile floor throughout my house which required me to do a lot of scraping.  I sent photos to the cell number of the company owner the day it was complete but didn't get a response.  I sent another text the following day saying that I wanted to give him a chance to respond before I posted a review.  He replied, "I appreciate that.  Can I give you a call soon?" to which I replied "Yes."  That was two days ago and I haven't heard from him.  My father was house sitting for me the day of service as I had an appt to go to. The painter left without indicating he was finished and there was no opportunity to do a final inspection of the work.  There are a couple of spots that the wall paint was pulled off with the painters tape that was used. I worked the entire weekend trying to repair the damage -- I could have done the painting myself for the amount of time and effort it caused me.
