RCI Cleaning Services

We paid for a "Deep Cleaning" for our 3 bedroom house which Amazon estimates should take 1 person between 6-7 hours, or 2 people 3-3.5 hours. Two ladies showed up to "deep clean", which they confirmed when I let them into the house; however, they left after ONE HOUR! I was appalled! I stopped by the house and took photos after the service was completed and it looks like nothing was even done. There was dust on my dresser, stove top, blinds, etc. There was a hall closet they didn't even bother to open when they cleaned the floors because it still had dirt after they left. While they were at my house, they actually gave out my phone number to another contractor who was on site, which is a complete invasion of my privacy. I hope that Amazon realizes that their work does not live up to the Amazon name and discontinues their partnership with RCI Cleaning Services for the sake of other people who get matched with them. After I took the photos and contacted Amazon, they apologized and offered to refund my money for the poor service. Bottom line - if your Amazon order says RCI Cleaning, CANCEL IMMEDIATELY and request a new company.
