THEY WERE PRETTY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR PRICING IS REGULAR. THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES THAT ARE CHEAPER, BUT IT IS REPUTATION SO YOU ARE MORE WILLING TO PAY A LITTLE MORE. THE REMOTE THAT THEY PUT OUTSIDE, INSIDE THE GARAGE, THERE IS A BOX THAT CONTROLS THE REMOTE.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM BECAUSE OF THE PROMPTNESS. I CALLED THEM, EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM, AND THEY HAD SOMEONE OUT IN THE NEXT DAY OR TWO. THEY REPAIRED THEM, AND THAT WAS IT.

IT'S SATISFACTORY AND THEY FIXED IT. PART OF THE REASON IT WAS BROKEN WAS THEIR FAULT, AND PART WAS THE EQUIPMENT. I HAD NO PARTICULAR IMPRESSION OF THEM. THEY CAME AND DID THE WORK AND LEFT. THERE WERE NO ISSUES.
