They never showed on the install date. The weekprior they called me to confirm installation. The morning of the installation I called them to reconfirm since I would be taking time off from work. They confirmed the appointment and gave me a 4 hour window to expect them.
They never showed up, never called. I googled reviews for this company and found out I'm not alone. Apparently this is a disreputable outfit with no regard fo customers. There's a couple web pages filled with loust reviews. I brought this to Home Depot's attnetion, hopefully they'll find a more reputable contractor. 
Do not use this company. If you are purchasing from Home Depot I strongly recommend you ask who the sub contractor will be that does the installation. If it's Ralhp's, run to Lowes.

Delivery by Ralph Transfer Company was set well in advance for 6-8:30pm with phone call 30 min. prior to arrival by driver.  (Noone lives in the delivery home, empty as it is a rental and not occupied at this time.)  Driver contacted to us deliver at early at 9am; ( saying that he was 5min. away from address of delivery property), and became rude when I told him we lived about 20min away and couldn't make it in 5min.  I called him at 7:50 pm to make sure if he would still be delivering that evening.  He told me he had 2 other deliveries in the immediate vicinity to the property, and he said he WOULD still deliver that evening, much to my surprise.  I asked him if he could call 15-20mins prior,  so that we could be there when he arrived to make this really quick for both of us.  We waited until 10pm with no call back whatsoever. We realize that this was incredibly late for any type of delivery of any sort.  But, we received no courtesy call...we could have scheduled for a different delivery through the company.  We received NO contact whatsoever from the driver OR the company office until after I called Home Depot, after 11:15am and a manager there took charge of the situation.  The delivery company's office manager was not helpful in resolving anything about the situation or taking ANY responsibility whatsoever, being very difficult about providing me with the contact number or email address of the operating manager as she was unavailable.  Even though the refrigerator was probably still on the truck, they had noone to deliver that day. This company has no regard for the customer, and I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.

It did not go as well today.  The company is closed as I write, and I will call in the morning to find out what they are going to do about the leak they created.  I will report back, and that will indicate whether I would use this company again.  They left a mess for me to clean up, I could not understand what they said when they spoke, and it was a completely different experience from the one with Rex.  I will report this to Home Depot.
