Our 3 yr old Samsung french door refrigerator froze up and was leaking water under the deli drawer. At the same time, the ice maker broke. I called one Angie's list provider and since he didn't work on Samsung, he checked around and found Quality Appliances for me. I called and was treated professionally and like my business was a good thing, unlike the repair service recommended by Samsung corporate. A timely appointment was set up and the tech came out, diagnosed the problem and remedied the problem. After one false start with the ice maker, they ordered a new one and came out today to install it, for no more money than the cost of the new ice maker. I was only charged one service call for the 3 trips out to my home. All in all, I will say I'm very satisfied with the work and professionalism of Quality Appliances. I would definitely call on them again for appliance issues.
