THE GOOD 















We started with a very clear quote of what was expected and the price was 15% higher than all other companies but we assumed we were getting a higher quality service than the others so we went ahead due to their professional approach.















Starting signed quote was for $8781.45















THE BAD















This is were the problems start......















After the mandatory Irrigation inspection was completed it was decided that $635 in Irrigation upgrades and repairs would be required. This was fine as I could clearly see the the issues that arose from this inspection.















Upon the first load of dirt they concluded that the estimate was incorrect and many more truckload would be required. They graciously paid for 1/2 of the extra dirt claiming that this was partially my fault for not spelling out the exact elevation of dirt that was suppose to be restored.















So the dirt was finally going in and here comes the installation of sod. Next up OOPS we dug up sod that was not in need of repair and they miscalculated the amount by 3000 sq ft. YES 3000 sq ft at a cost of an additional $1650 to us.















THE UGLY















So at the end of the install it cost $11,185 for an $8781 initial quote and while it hurt we were happy for a while. After a few week we noticed the 20 gardenias were in distress and called them to look into the problem. We were told they needed a fungicide treatment which was promptly completed with no sign of recovery. After several more attempts to get the matter resolved they dismissed me with "your 60 days on all plants are up"















16 of the 20 gardenias are now dead sticks and my landscaping looks worse than before they started. The fertilizer and new landscaper showed me none of the root balls had been loosened up and the plants were doomed to die due to poor installation. In conclusion they don't honor their quotes, Don't stand behind their work and don't care about customer satisfaction.

No complains.  I had previous experience with them; they had done work in our community before.

It was great!  The repair was so easy that they didn't charge us for it.

They were very professional, got here and did everything they said they would do. Their follow up left a little bit to be desired, but they did everything we contracted them to do.

They are reliable and do a good job. So far I’ve been satisfied with them. I have recommended them to my neighbors.

They are a medium sized company that does work in communities. We have been using them for over 3 years and we are very pleased with them.

They were great! They showed up early and did exactly what they said they would do. We left while they were here and they left a note explaining what they did and telling us they weren't able to locate the valve for one of our zones that hasn't worked since we bought the house. I called back to ask about options for that zone. A supervisor called me back the next day and put us on the schedule for them to come back. George came back and adjusted our sprinklers so the entire lawn is getting watered, even with one zone not working.

Proscape came out the day, after I called. Was very pleasant and did a fine job, as far as I could tell. I was pleased with the price and will be using them again.

Can I just say EXCELLENT! These guys were all pleasant and helpful. When some of the Queen Palms tipped a little, they had someone out that afternoon to install supports. Every plant survived and is thriving. They've also been back to assist me with an irrigation problem. I have frequent compliments on the work which was done.

They have worked extensively to eliminate problem weeds that had infested my yard and flowerbeds. They are prompt and timely on all treatments. They have regained control of my yard and it is nearly weed free.

They were prompt and did a great job. They arrived when arranged and did the job they were contracted to do in a timely manner. They left the job site clean and free of debris.
