We requested a call prior to service and were not disappointed. They called, came out and when they arrived, AT&T was there doing some work. The technician wanted to ensure that we did not have any issues so he explained how we should wait until AT&T was finished. We rescheduled for another day and again, no disappointment, they called, met me at the house and performed the service in a timely manner and have done a great job for us. We have used ProGuard Solutions in the past and are now on a bi-monthly plan with them and are extremely happy.

It's been going quite well so far. We spent $75 for quarterly services.
