Clem did work and it took less time then expected. But as he saw issues he not only fixed them but showed his work and educated me on what he was doing and why. I thought that was excellent.

The vehicle felt like it was not performing correctly. Precision Tuning Logistics troubleshooted, diagnosed and replaced the defective part, getting me back on the road almost immediately. Their schedule was very flexible and able to accommodate by coming to myself and the vehicle. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the process even as they worked. I also mentioned other routine automobile maintenance I would require in the future such as a break job and they were willing to service them. When the work was done I expected the service to cost a kidney. However, the price was absolutely fair for the services rendered. Needless to say I will be utilizing Precision Tuning Logistics for all my automobile needs. I would also put my family and friends in contact with them.
