Pool Heater Guy

Once again, Phil and his team did a superb job for us. Our pool heater went down whilst we had vacation guests staying in our Kissimmee villa, and they were on site early the following day and fixed it, no hassle, and a speedy response. Phil was scheduled to meet me at 4:00. Wow! He was right on time. It was on a Friday and he promised the unit would be installed that Monday for my grandchildren. The grandchildren were swimming in the 88 degree pool the very next day. I never had such great service.

Roger was wonderful. Very prompt service and answered all questions I had. He genuinely seems to like his work and delivers excellent customer service. The installation was done by Brian who was also great and very efficient. I would definitely recommend them for any pool equipment, maintenance or installation.

If I could give the 100 stars I would! They were priced excellent, the installer was thorough and did great work, and the heater works great! I will recommend them to everyone. On a plus side too-the installer drove over an hour from Kissimmee for our install. Such an amazing company! And amazing people!

He was very helpful and I took his advice regarding the type and size of the heat pump unit required and we could't be more pleased. The unit was installed professionally and the old unit taken away and the the work site was left clean and neat. They even installed my LED spa and pool light and lubed the older valves to save us the additional cost of installing new ones to make sure we had worry free operation. His pricing was very competitive and much cheaper than other contractors and not looking to unnecessarily up sell you. The Thermeau unit has excellent warranty, very efficient to run and is High Quality made in North America. Heats our pool to 85 and spa to 104 with no problem. We have been using our pool and spa since the heater was installed. Definitely recommend Phil the pool heater guy for any pool service they are knowledgeable and strive to provide service compatible with your pocket book.

The Pool Guy was amazing. The Pool heater was installed the next morning and done very professionally.

Installed a new pool heat pump. On time and on budget. The guys even took extra time to clean up some of improper plumbing created by the folks who installed the old heater 10 years ago. Cleaned up the work area and hauled all the old parts and pieces away. Looks great and based on my electric bill the heater is much more efficient than the old one. We would absolutely use them again.
