My desktop computer was running slowly and needed a tuneup. The company was attentive and flexible about scheduling. The technician arrived promptly and observed CDC protocol by wearing a face mask. He quickly diagnosed and explained the problem. After my consent he removed unwanted ads and cookies. He also suggested wiring directly to the router rather than using wireless, which I agreed to. The tuneup was completed and my computer is running so much faster and without the annoying ads. It was so much easier not having to haul my equipment into a store and instead have the technician come to my home. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Apparently, they assist with smart home set up too, which is something I can use help with. I would not hesitate to hire them for that either. Highly recommended!
