My husband and I financed our car with this company. I am disabled and my husband was injured at work after a work place injury. The first two years we made all payments. We called to see if we could extend the loan. They were unwilling to help. This was our only car. When the loan went into default after 2 payments we tried agian to refinance they said pay up or they would repo the car. Accepting the situation for what it was we called to make arrangements to turn the car in. They promised us if we turned the car over they would sell it and apply it to the loan. We would only have to pay the difference. After seeing it on my credit I called to pay the difference. Upon contacting them they would not accept the 1,515 difference. After speaking to the agent and his supervisor they said they wanted the full loan. Is that even legal? And promised they would keep it on our credit as long as they could. They have been nasty and rude throughout. I would not trust any of their employees promises if their tongues came notarized.
