His expertise is unmatched and he provides a great all-inclusive package to take care of the job from start to finish and then some!.Honestly, if you want great service, quality work, and great value I would look no further. Iâ ll be hiring him again when weâ re ready for the front yard without question.

I would definitely recommend Peir Green, even in the middle of this pandemic they still were able to complete the project within a reasonable timeline, their prices are very fair as well. I also had a couple issues with my sprinkler system and they fixed that as well (again for a fair price). We'll see how the sod is after a few months but so far I am pleased. They definitely care to make sure you are satisfied and that everything is working how it should. Would hire them again!

We are very pleased with Chris and his team. Chris dedication to our project (replacing our terrible lawn with sod) is unmatched. He was/is accessible by phone and very responsive. His team came on time and worked feverishly until the job was done; Chris himself , the owner, was onsite all the time, in fact on the second day, 12 hours. Our fresh lawn is only 4 days old and seems to be coming along great. Chris is monitoring the watering. He also continues to give us useful advice (he s very knowledgeable) and will come by periodically to see that everything is going according to plan. We like to support privately owned businesses and are very pleased with Peir Green. 5 stars!

Very unprofessional and misleading. I spoke with Chris at Peir Green Sprinklers, LLC and obtained an estimate to install 28,000 sq ft Citra Blue St Augustine Sod and repair/update my irrigation. I signed a contract with Peir Green Sprinklers, LLC to perform spraying weed and grass killer, remove old sod, level and rake, drop sod, cut/pull sod together, fertilize yard, treat for fungus and bugs, check and repair sprinklers. Chris led me to believe that he had a crew to perform this work however; when he came to spray he mentioned that his partner, Joe admitted himself into drug and alcohol rehab therefore; Joe was unavailable and he had no one else to work. Chris told me he was hiring a couple guys from Craigslist to do this work. I was misled from Chris with regards to many items, mainly no staff to work. I was on a deadline and I made this clear to Chris when I hired Peir Green Sprinklers, LLC therefore I was stuck with him doing this project due to time constraints. When Chris came back to my property to cut the old sod he was pulling a Home Depot trailer with a sod cutter and a John Deere lawnmower. Other than that Chris had no tools therefore; borrowing my Tractor and loader, Lawnmower, Trailer, Shovels, Rakes, Pitchforks, and screwdrivers, (again being misled). The two workers he brought to my property knew nothing about sod work. Once the old sod had been removed they were to Rake and Level the yard however; this was not completed and my new sod is bumpy/uneven and low is several places, holding water. I spoke to Chris after I had found this and he told me to roll the yard. Chris had also told me there would be little yard waste but when he started to remove the old sod there was a lot of waste so I had to rent a roll off trailer for the debris, Again another mislead. Chris had measured the yard for new sod the day he wrote the estimate and when he came to spray I made a few changes but Chris did not adjust his measurements therefore; we were short on sod so more sod had to be ordered with a delivery charge. Chris was supposed to cut in the new sod but he left a lot of areas uneven. Chris waited until the new sod was laid before he identified the sprinkler heads and several of them were covered over with sod along with 2 control valves. I have grass that is dying due to no water getting to certain areas. I called another irrigation company out to correct the irrigation system that Chris messed up. This project was a disaster from the very start of signing with Peir Green Sprinklers, LLC due to the misleading issues. Come to find out Chris lives in Michigan and works part time in Florida. Chris has no equipment to perform the work professionally.

Peier Green did an excellent job resodding my front yard. They came on time and did not leave a mess. They checked my sprinkler system to make sure it was working correctly for the new sod. They have emailed me several times with tips on maintaining my new sod. I would definitely recommend them.

Chris and Joe did a great job with my yard. They replaced sod, moved and adjusted my sprinklers, allpied chemicals and gave me a monthly checklist for lawn care. I will use this company again.

Chris re-sodded our front yard with Zoysia after we had a large oak removed and stump/root grinding left a large bare spot. That came out so nice that we had him come back to re-sod the back yard with Seville. He provides quality sod and does a meticulous job of laying it. We get lots of comments on how good the front yard looks. Highly recommended.
