Dr. Trivedi saw teenager after assistant made some initial measurements.
He was attentive and sympathetic. He asked questions and discussed possible issues and regimens. He used the data available from primary care physician and made a considered opinion as to additional data necessary. Those readings and echo tests were performed carefully and cheerfully in the office on the same visit! He came in to the examination (echo testing) several times to review the images already made and consulted technician as to additional measurements (took some images himself). In the end, he recommeded another specialist (another organ than heart) and assured me that patient's heart is fine and is not damaged in any way. Specialists in another practice were recommended.
Parking was validated.
Whole experience took about 2hours.
The receptionist who made apt was very helpful and sweet.
All the medical personnel were understanding and professional.
I felt very good about the visit and progress made.
