Overall would say was a good experience. Attempted recovery of drive first, took two days and several attempts, but drive damaged beyond repair. Then installed new drive, operating system, anti-virus programs and Microsoft Office. When I got it home, worked ok, but kept getting repeated messages that operating system was "not genuine". Called back to the repair company, eventually had to take it back in. Expected repair of this took much longer than expected, but eventually got computer back fully operational with no additional charges. Except for the length of time of the 2nd repair, everything done as expected.

They are very efficient and they only had the computer for about two days. They had it fixed and it runs great. He answered all the questions that my husband and I had. I like that he talked to you and not down to you. I recommend him to everyone that we know.

I FELT GOOD, AND I'LL PROBABLY USE THEM AGAIN. IT WAS JUST THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY RECEPTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE INDIVIDUALS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
