Pavers Depot was recommended by a neighbor and we are pleased with the results. We special ordered some coping, so we obviously had to wait for that, but everything came in within the timeframe we were told. Our salesman, Mark, was extremely helpful. He maintained consistent communication throughout the process and immediately addressed any of the minor hiccups that inevitably happen. The pavers look great and the whole project went smoothly.

Very responsive to provide a quote. Then took 6 weeks after receiving our deposit to deliver the pavers. First day they were very productive but then didn't come every day. We had to chase them up to find out where they were. Eventually took FIVE weeks to actually complete the project, take lumps of concrete out of the pool, clean up and rectify their mistakes, the main one being that they had cemented closed the pool filter lid and we could not open it. Would NEVER recommend this company.

Adding this review to amend previous one. to their credit, they contacted me to follow up on my concerns, and addressed the items we were concerned about, including clean up. the patio looks great.

They performed the services, but the quality was not very good. More troubling, they rearranged our pool furniture on the grass so they could put their feet up on our chairs and take smoking breaks. We found cigarette butts all over our furniture. They were even smoking when they came to our front door to ask a question.

The pavers installed in the walkway were of inferior qualiy exhibiting areas in the pavers where the pigment was absent. While the funtionality was ok, the aesthetics were horrible. The pavers were riddled with these areas lacking pigmentation.The purpose of using pavers as opposed to cement is to achieve a particular look/color. We requested to remove the pavers and bring in a new lot. Pavers Depot denied bringing in new pavers but offered to seal the pavers which in our opinion would not provide a correction to the lack of color. Their sealer was water based which we declined since we were using a solvent based product on the previously installed pavers. The thin pavers in the lanai did not exhibit the lack of pigmentation like the walkway.
I reminded Pavers Depot we were a member of Angies List and we would write a bad review based on this experience. They said, "So we lose a few customers". The person who I spoke to was rude, did not know the scope of work performed yet was making decisions impacting the customer, and does not care about the customers satisfaction. Do not use this contractor as you have no recourse.

The initial consultation was good. We went to the showroom to pick out our pavers and went with mixed color. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about the installers being able to work magic with the mixed color pallets. On installation day, warn your neighbors they bring the equipment in on multiple large trucks, just to give them a heads up. Other than that, we are so very happy with the finished project and would recommend pavers over concrete any day. P.S. the installers were able to make the mixed colors look amazing!!

The guys did a good job. They laid over a sprinkler head that they did not cap off. When the sprinkler ran the next day water bubbled up thru the walk. We call and they came back that day and fixed the issue. VERY responsive!

I was pleasantly surprised when I contacted Pavers Depot. The salesman promptly came out and gave me a free estimate. He was very knowledge and discussed different options from using material in stock to special ordering. I then visited the show place and picked out exactly what worked for me. I was pleased with the professionalism and the timely manner. From the sales person, installation crew to the cleanup crew, I felt I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend their services and will use them again when I am ready to do my driveway.

Pavers Depot did an excellent job for us. Replacing existing concrete driveway with pavers and building a raise patio and fire pit. They had to remove the existing cracked concrete driveway and entry walk then increased the driveway area and installed over 4,500 SF of new pavers. The work was done on time and meet the agreed upon price and time frame. Changes had to be made during construction but they were quick to made the needed changes and stayed on schedule. At the same time as the driveway we were installing a 1,160 SF raised patio on the back of the house with a fire pit and seating area. Mark from Pavers Depot did an excellent job on keeping the work moving and making sure we were happy with the results. This was not an easy job to under take. It took a lot of coordination of materials and different groups to come together. The job site was left clean each day and the workers were very cooperative and make sure things were done right. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of of workmanship and the final product has added so much to our home. Our friends and family love to enjoy the new areas as much as we do. I would highly recommend Paver Depot if you are ever thinking about any paver work, small or large.

The installation went very well and according to plan, they even wanted to come a day earlier and I had already had plans and they were able to accommodate that schedule as well. We also had them seal the pavers and the company that they outsourced to was very thorough and very professional.
I had one small issue with the first guy who came to remove the carpet, he had parked up my driveway (in the center of the drive), and never announced himself. However, I called Darsh immediately and he took care of it. Every other person that came to work on my house was very professional and courteous. That is the only reason that I could not in good conscience give an A in Professionalism.
I would strongly recommend this company. I did use a different company on my previous house and I now see the difference in quality and care that was taking on this install vs the first one.

We utilized this company for a pavers installation in our backyard. The day that we paid the downpayment, we asked the owner for a estimate day for the installation and he said we cant tell you an specific day. I asked for a timeframe and he said about two weeks. I asked then for their refund policies. He said is simple, we dont refund money. I should walked away and called the bank to stop the payment. We decided to give them a chance due to their fair price. It turned to be a nightmare. A month later, we were still with no pavers. They never returned our calls. We waited two days for the delivery of the material. The company did not make any effort to make the experience pleasant, when I said i cant keep taking days off, the salesperson said you should think about that before. I will never recommend this company, their customer service is so poor is a shame. We were not satisfied with the installation. Sealer was not included. Total disappointment.

"It is true that her project got done 4.5 weeks after the order was placed with us by her. That is the single most reason, customer is upset because it took so long after the placement of the order. Customer had chosen a specific brand of pavers and color which was not a stock item for the manufacturer. We placed the order to the manufacturer within 24 hours from her order placement with us. The manufacturer supplied the pavers after almost 4 weeks. The pavers were delivered directly from manufacturer. We communicated with her husband atleast 3 times during this period and explained why project was delayed. As a owner, I personally called her husband few days after the job was done to personally apologize for the delay and offered him a free sealing of the pavers. My offer to [member name removed] is still open. We will seal her pavers at no cost. We have also stopped doing business with this supplier based on this event. So, we listen and learn from every mistake that occurs and try our level best to improve our deliverables. They are a really good company. I would definitely give them more business. It was such a pleasant experience. It wasn't pleasant that I went over at 6 am to buy my pavers. It is a family owned business. They are personable and caring. It is the best value in town for the dollar. I got two other price quotes. One told me $1,000 without removing the cement slab and another told me $2,000 including cement slab removal. They removed the cement slab and gave me a better paver for $1,000. Hands down they were the best from the delivery of the pavers to the installation to everything.
