He was good. They were prompt and professional.

He called back right away. He is the only one that did this out of several handymen. I would use him again in the future and would recommend him to others.

Mr. Lewis came out and gave estimate and made very helpful suggestions. He advised me that he discovered my roof had 2 small leaks and should be evaluated by a roofer and repaired before he replaced the wood soffits and fascia boards to prevent future problems. Arrived on time and finished job within time frame estimated. Overall, very satisfied with the work performed and will use again in the future. I would recommend Mr. Lewis to others.

His customer service is superb. He wasn't able to come out to do the entire job the day that I called. However, he said he would stop by our home when he left his current job to reconnect the kitchen faucet to get us back in operation and then would return in a day to do the rest of the job. He was here until 7pm in the evening helping us out. He delivered way above any expectation we had of him. It was a very positive experience and we will definitely use him for future plumbing/handyman projects.

My front door frame was damaged. Parnell removed the old door, picked up the new door, installed it carefully, painted it and installed the hardware from the old door. Project took a bit longer than anticipated because the new door was not in stock locally. Careful cleanup when the job was through.

You are in good hands with Parnell Lewis. He has twenty-five years experience so I would say he is pretty knowledgeable. Also, he is very quick, efficient and honest about the work needed to be done. His pricing is very competitive. He has performed all kinds of plumbing jobs for us in the past.

I was very pleased with the service. I called in the morning, and he came out that afternoon. It took him about three hours. Very polite and responsible. Arrived when he said that he would. Cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied with the work and would recommend him.
