They sent one that was falling apart.  The technicians spent no time at all constructing it. It was just terrible. With plenty of phone calls, they did treat us right and replace it—after 5 months.  The manager that we dealt with wanted to hold us to the contract that said we had accepted it as delivered—but it was delivered at night, when it was too dark see the quality. The new one is awesome and they even upgraded the slate to granite. The people who delivered and constructed the second hut are the only reason this company gets any grade above an F. The price was right—for the end product.
