long story short, our A/C stopped working on a Saturday and our preferred provider was not available. when I looked on angie's list for a quality company, this company called (after I submitted my search). since this company had a B rating, I went ahead and went with them. while they had the issue fixed within the first few minutes. the tech spent close to two hours searching for the reason for the plugged drain line. when he left the bill came to $324 for unplugging the drain line and checking the system. I checked with our preferred A/C provider and was told that the charge was too high for what they did (the tech also pushed their maintenance plan, which seemed a high priority). Since they corrected the issue, and the tech was very friendly and courteous, I gave them a C instead of a D. I will not use them again unless it's an emergency.

Very professional crew. They came in and replaced my broken air conditioner very quickly and for a fair price. They showed me what was wrong with the old one and explained everything beforehand, so I had good understanding of the process. I felt very secure with their work and with their friendly staff. My house is now cool and comfy! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an air conditioner.

My AC went out. First it was a circuit breaker, then a clogged pipe. I had an old unit and the guy made me believe i had mold. A supervisor showed up and i was sold a unit. The unit was 15 years old so i figured it was time. Then when they came to remove they wore NO SPECIAL GLOVES & odds are there was no mold. The 3 men that showed up this morning & left after unpacking the boxes of the equipment (they were at my house from 10-5pm) and NOW they tell me TONIGHT at 10:30pm or 11pm a technician is supposed to put it together. I feel so abused.

THE OFFICE KEPT ME UP DATED ON STEPHAN'S ARRIVAL. WE WHERE VERY PLEASED WITH ALL THE HELPFUL ADVICE HE GAVE US ON WHAT NEED TO BE DONE AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST US. ALL IN ALL STEPHAN WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. THE TWO MEN THAT CAME OUT TO DO THE JOB .WORKED **** ** IT. VERY POLITE .WOULD TRUST THEM TO WORK ON ARE PLACE AGAIN ANY TIME .THEY PICKED UP AFTER THEM SELF AND PUT THING BACK THE WAY THEY FOUND IT. WE ARE ALSO VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.
