I called and got a great estimate. They were able to get me on the schedule in a week or so and completed the jobs on the dates they promised. I had many small cracks in the stucco outside that they repaired and are no longer visible due to the quality of the paint they used. They were fairly priced, fast and cleaned up everything.

It was a wonderful experience. They showed up on time and left the yard clean. They had a great paint coating and left all the shrubs and landscaping untouched. About a week after they had done the job, I found some minor issues and I called up Central Florida's Superior Coatings LLC and they were able to send someone out the next day to take care of that. They were a pleasant crew and I would definitely use them again.

I researched a few companies during that period. This was in August of last year. It was not so much that they gave the lowest price, they gave a better estimate and a better service. They were on time and the end result was good. It was a time when I was trying to sell my house in Orlando.

Dustin, the owner, was great. He was always on time and did exactly what he said he would do. Our start date was delayed due to weather conditions, but as soon as it stopped raining, they began work on our house. They pressure washed everything, taped all the windows and doors, trenched around the base of the house, filled all the cracks and applied a waterproof coating. Then they painted and trimmed everything including our pool deck. The house looks fantastic and even though we had some pretty big cracks in the stucco, you can't see them anywhere. We've had several neighbors ask who painted our house because it looks so much better than other homes that have recently been painted. Dustin came back to walk around the house with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We selected this company based on the good Angie's List ratings. First, let me say that I am glad others have had good experiences with Dustin and his company. Our experience was not bad, we just chose to go a different direction. I did feel like I should submit a comment though because it would only be fair for others who are selecting a painter to have some constructive, objective information on which they can base their decision. We just re-sided the frame portion of our home and had all new aluminum soffits and fascia put on the entire home. We really wanted to get the remaining 1500-1600 sq feet of our home painted to finish the exterior renovation. Ordinarily we would do this ourselves, but, time was of the essence because the color scheme of the old portion of the house did not match the newly renovated portion. Dustin's quote was $2400. That was over $700 higher than the other two quotes. All 3 painters were quoting the same work, all three quotes consisted of power washing, caulking, sealing/priming and using top of the line Sherwin Williams paint. Dustin's defense for his quote was that and quot;you get what you pay forand quot; and and quot;you have to be careful who you hire.and quot; While I can appreciate that, I found that a little distasteful since we were only getting quotes from other Angie's List and quot;Aand quot; rated painters. And those comments are what made me spend the time to comment here. He was acting like only his crew could satisfactorily paint stucco on cinder block. Give me a break. Please keep in mind there was very little ladder work (took me 30-45 minutes on a ladder), almost no trim to be painted, and no soffits or fascia or drip edge. In other words, all of the painting that would take a lot of time to complete was not necessary on our project. We tried to make that a point when procuring bids, but it seems as though that fact was largely ignored. Ironically, Sherwin Williams is a client of mine and my father is a licensed contractor so I thought some objective information from a relatively sophisticated consumer might help future readers. My wife spent about 1 1/2 hours power washing and cleaning the surface to be painted. I spent about 2 hours priming/sealing with the Sherwin Williams recommended primer/sealer and using their elastomeric textured caulk to fill the two small settlement cracks in the walls. Because I did it myself (and I am obsessive about my home) that also included filling old holes where wires/cables went through the wall, removal of various bolts and fasteners in the wall that are no longer in use, and removal of the old water softener that was up close to the home. I spent 15 hours applying two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration (highest quality) paint (most of the paint quotes only included one coat). My wife spent 10 hours doing all the cutting/trim painting. So in the end, the house looks professionally painted, we took no shortcuts, we followed all of the Sherwin Williams recommendations and used all top of the line products. We even went with the most expensive paint when they told us that with the power washing and priming it was probably overkill. The cost of all the materials was about $500. The point of this post is simply to inform readers who are looking for a painter to be aware. Quotes can be all over the place, the vast majority of the quote is labor (as we all know) and despite what Dustin says, there are other painters who carry insurance and are qualified to paint a house. Is Dustin's crew the best? They very well might be, and if so, congratulations to them. The question for us consumers is whether Dustin's labor is worth 37% more than other and quot;Aand quot; rated painters. $2400-$500 in supplies = $1900 estimated labor versus $1700-$500 = $1200 estimated labor. Or, if you can physically do it, pay yourself back and put the savings in retirement or a kid's college account (or buy yourself a monstrous flat screen tv.) UPDATE - I have reviewed the provider's response. The only thing I can take away from it is that I was entirely accurate in my report. The comment and quot;the reviewer for some reason found the need to come on to this website and complain that my price was higher than 2 other contractors...and quot; saddens me. The foundational principle behind Angies List is that they want consumers to share their experiences. The bottom line is that between 3, licensed and insured and quot;A ratedand quot; Angies List painters, Dustin's labor quote was nearly 37% higher. Sharing information like that is exactly what this site his for. I was more than fair to him by restricting my response to the facts and openly admitting that he has lots of satisfied customers. If he's the best - good for him. This site is all about providing consumers with information that helps them make educated decisions. That was the intent of my review. I would never criticize him for responding to my comment so I don't understand why he felt the need to imply that my review was somehow inappropriate. And the fact that we chose to paint our own home is irrelevant to my comment. I assume we make decisions like many other Angies List consumers - which is to say we have a finite amount of money and a long list of projects. I'm also disheartened to see any provider call homeowners who have the time, energy and ambition to tackle a project themselves - shortsighted. I hope that fellow Angies list members continue to try and learn about their homes and all of the various options out there and don't be afraid to pay yourself back by taking care of your own home. I've found that my favorite providers from Angies List take the time to explain things to me, often times sharing with me tips and pointers and encouraging me to do things myself. I've had Angies list recommended plumbers teach me tricks on how to use compressoin fittings, shark-bite fittings and how to sweat and solder a joint in close quarters. I've had Angies List electricians give me tips on changing circuit breakers and adding additional outlets to a circuit without overloading it. I guess that's me being shortsighted, but it's been incredibly beneficial and has made me a better, more educated home owner.

The exterior paint of my house was beautifully completed by Dustin and his crew. They were punctual, professional and made my house look wonderful. Although the estimate from this company was a bit more than the other estimates, the end-result and professionalism proved to be well worth it. Representatives from other companies were either extremely cocky and pushy about their estimates, or simply rude when it came to providing estimates. When Dustin came out to provide the initial estimate, he was friendly and confident in his company and work without being rude or pushy. I felt that if a representative was rude, cocky or pushy from the initial and quot;sales pitch,and quot; they would probably get a worse attitude if there were to be a problem in the future. Since Dustin conveyed confidence and professionalism from the very beginning, I had the extra confidence in his company that it would follow through with a great paint job and remain professional if there were to be any issues in the future. I wanted to paint the house for my husband as a surprise while he was out of town. Dustin kindly accommodated my time constraints and pressure washed my house the same day I called. He had his crew work on their day off (Labor Day!), and took only one day to caulk, seal, apply the sealer-primer, two coats of paint (sprayer and roller) and clean-up. They showed up at 7am as promised and did not stop until the house was perfect. They were very detailed about the work, they covered my cars in the driveway and even my neighbors' cars so as not to get any paint on them. My neighbors (and I) were very impressed at how meticulously and professionally the entire crew worked. In the end, my house looks a million times better, the painting is flawless, and my husband was extremely surprised and impressed by Dustin and his team's work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing residential or commercial painting! A++!

Requested a quote from Central Fl. Superior Coatings through its website. Dustin emailed me that same day and was willing to come out first thing the next morning. He was very punctual and seemed knowledgeable about the kind of stucco on my house. Dustin was very friendly and professional, eager to have me as a customer but not pushy at all. He quickly responded to all my emails and questions quickly. I am excited to have my house painted by this company - although this is a holiday weekend, his crew is working straight through the weekend to meet my timing requirements! I will post another report once the work is done.

My husband and I recently purchased our home from a bank. The house had not been well maintained and once the bank took over quite some time ago, the house was not maintained at all. It looks like when the previous owners moved out they scratched up the walls and paint the best they could as they took their furniture out. However, we were able to work out a good deal on the house, and knew it would be a great house with some TLC and money! So, I began to look for painters, and Dustin the owner from Central Florida's Superior Coatings, called me back within minutes after I filled out his inquiry form online. I filled out others online and never in heard back from some people. I did get 4 painting companies to come bid my house, and let me explain my decision, and how happy I am that I made the right one. Out of the 4 painting companies, Dustin was the most pleasant and informative from my initial phone call with him. I explained that the exterior had cracks, and that the deck looked disgusting. He briefly talked me through his process and products, and he offered to speak with me in greater detail and give me an estimate. He was able to come meet me that afternoon. He was the third painter out of 4. He came to the house and I immediately walked him through the house and we toured the outside and deck. He began to explain the best way to fill the cracks, and take care of the very ugly spots on the house. Then we walked the deck. His knowledge of stains for decks was amazing. He explained the products and the benefits of each. Before he left, he told me he would have a proposal to me by the next morning. To my surprise, a few hours later when I checked my email, I had not only his quote but a very detailed proposal explaining the products he would use to revitalize my deck, and the paint/process he would use on the interior and exterior. Now let me say he was not the cheapest of the quotes, but he also was not the most expensive. However, my husband and I know this house is an investment and we need it done right, especially due to the condition. So if you are shopping price, this company might not be the lowest price. We decided due to his knowledge, professionalism, thorough proposal and apparent experience that we would go with him and his company. And we are so happy we did! The whole job only took about 3 days, and they worked all day. Since nothing was in the house yet, I would just periodically stop by to check on the progress. Everytime I stopped by they were working and cleaning as they went. They did a great job of filling the cracks, and now you cannot even tell they were there. And my husband could not believe that the deck looked almost brand new, even though I called and told him it did! Dustin called me before he was almost done and we did a final walk through together. I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for, however, I was amazed by the quality of the work, and how just some paint done right changed the looked of the entire house.
