I've been taking my M35 to Orlando Infiniti for many years and have always been treated well and had a good experience...until my most recent experience. During a routine oil change it was recommended to replace my brake rotors and pads as well as all belts. I was surprised at both recommendations as I had serviced these items elsewhere within the last two years. I mentioned this to my service advisor an indicated I would need to reference my paperwork at home on these issues, which I did. I called back to indicate belts were only 6 months old and brakes less than two. I was told to come back in the next day for a re-evaluation. Back I went the next day and was told...oops brakes are fine and there were some small visual cracks in the drive belt. They replaced the belts but I kept the "old ones". Got multiple opinions on the old belts and no indication they were in need of replacement. One looks brand new. My trust is shattered and am wary of any recommended service from them now.

I purchased my car there and I have had the standard oil change and followup services there and their services are outstanding. They are responsive. They fill you in and educate you on what your car needs and what the costs are. Everything is upfront. They wash and clean your car. They are extremely clean in the facility. Every single person says hello to you and asks you if you want some water. They set up loaner cars for you. They provide you with any need that you want. They are excellent.

I purchased a Certified Per Owned G37S. Awesome car and I got a great deal. Nino was great.

They were fine but a little expensive.

When purchasing a care from any dealer, it is important to go armed with the facts concern dealer price. Do your homework in advance. With that said, Orlando Infiniti provides a no nonsense purchase experience. Everyone is pleasant and polite. They really do care about what the customer thinks. Once I ended up with a few extra charges on my final invoice. I spoke with the salesperson and the sales manager and this was quickly corrected. Complimentary beverages from soft drinks to expresso are available in a waiting area with a rotating art exhibit. The sales manager listens and they have worked to keep improving both the ownership and sales experience. I would happily recommend this dealer and I would buy from them again. Each customer is greeted upon arrival at the service area.

I was happy with the job. They said it was a defect that the car had so they replaced it free of charge for me. I was satisfied with them because they gave me another car while they were working on mine. Overall I would say they were very good and very professional.
