The end result looks beautiful overall, however, close examination reveals many installation details which could have been more accurate. The job was complex because the tile runs from room to room and around corners. The installers did excellent in the layout plan since the tiles were properly oriented and flowed properly from room to room with no tile cuts or transition pieces required. The shortfalls were in the leveling of the tile to tile lippage and consequently the grouting is too recessed in many areas. These are rectified tiles and the grout should have been consistently nearly level with the tile surface. Also, they did not thoroughly remove the grout haze, this is a white floor and we are still cleaning grout haze after numerous cleanings. Our concrete slab was smooth and free of old thinset so our expectation for near perfect results were not met. The showroom is gorgeous, the selection is tremendous and you will find choices here you won't find elsewhere.

We purchased the wood from Matt's store and they installed it a few weeks later. Service went well and we are happy with flooring, it looks a lot better than it did before.

Everything went well! Troy was a pleasure to work with, the entire process from estimate to installation was seamless and quick. I will most definitely use them again for any flooring needs. They have my highest recommendation for anyone looking to have renovations done.

I could not be happier with the work that was done.  I was about to purchase flooring at one the big box stores when I decided to visit Matt's showroom.  I'm so glad that I did.  He had many more options to chose from and had tile for all budgets.  Speaking with Matt allowed me to make an educated purchase.  Matt was very patient and professional throughout.  His team was always prompt and did an outstanding job!  I renovated my kitchen and did a lot of cosmetic repairs but everyone just wants to talk about the floor.  I went with a tile floor that looks like wood.  People often touch the floor to see if it really is tile.  I will definitely use him again for any flooring or tile work.

We had a broken marble tile that needed to be replaced. We contracted Matt Manning, LLC Their installers came out and did an outstanding job with the replacement, they treated us with respect, cleaned up after themselves. we are very happy with the results.

Matt and his crew did an amazing job from helping us pick out the flooring the having his crew do the installation.  They came on time and did the work and we had no problems.  His crew is great.  They know what they're doing and above all we were comfortable with them in our home.  I highly recommend Matt for any work.  They are presently installing tile in our master bath and again the workmen are great.  We had a problem with the wall and they fixed it.  The crew is pleasant to have around and they clean up as they go.  Very professional company.

This review is a bit complicated.  
The bad - the subcontractor that was used had a lot of issues with not showing up or showing up late
                  initially the subcontractor was supposed to put in a brick curb in place of the wood one that we had, and complete
                        installation of the concrete board on the walls to ensure they were waterproof, none of this work was done correctly
                  the overall time frame for the job kept extending due to the issues with the subcontractor
The good -  Matt (the owner) was quick to respond when we had issues and made sure problems were corrected
                     Matt paid to upgrade the kind of grout we used to make sure the shower was waterproof without having to rip out all
 of he work that had already been done
                     The bonus for upgrading the grout is that it also sealed the grout and the stone, eliminating the need for further
                         maintenance
               The actual tile work done was very good.  The subcontractor was very detailed and did a great job.
                     Matt's assistant came in at the end to make sure all of the issues had been corrected and that we were happy.

In the end I would have to say that although this was not the greatest experience, we are happy with the final result.  My best feedback is that if the same subcontractor is used again, Matt needs to provide a lot more oversight.

All good.  Matt was recommended to me and I see why.  I got good service for a good price.  Glad I went with Matt rather than with a big-box store custom order solution.
We played a fair amount of phone tag, but nothing I would call frustrating.
The installation appointment was missed because an earlier installation ran overtime, but we rescheduled fairly easily.

Matt did a beautiful job and followed up by making sure everything looked perfect.  Very reliable, very easy to deal with.  Would highly recommend.

Despite being a smaller job, Matt was very attentive. He took ample time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Since we were a smaller job, he was able to easily find time to fit us in so we did not have to wait long. The individuals that came to install were very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable with them in my home. Matt was also able to come check in on the work and ensure the job was done well. I would highly recommended him and will definitely contact him for any work in the future.

Matt is fantastic to work with!  His team was on time and within budget.  The quality of work was fantastic!  I was especially impressed with how quickly he wrapped things up and completed the details of the work.  We plan to work with Matt for all future floor and bathroom tile work.

Everyone at Matt Manning LLC is AMAZING! Pedro and Jose were the kindest, most polite installers I could have asked for. Matt was great with communication, billing, professionalism, and always knew what was going on. We had some trouble with our plumber during the process and Matt was happy to help and be patient as we worked that out too. The grout was super thin like we wanted and before setting any tiles, Pedro and Jose laid out every piece so I could see it first. I was not expecting that, but was so pleased they did it.

We own a rental townhouse in East Orlando and wanted to replace the existing carpet with ceramic tile. I called Matt and he was a professional right from the beginning. Communication was was easy; we spoke several times during the course of the job and Matt either answered the phone or returned my call before the day was over and his tile setters showed up on time, worked all day and did a quality job. They removed and disposed of the carpet and removed and replaced the baseboard molding. The actual job took two days. The only glitch was that the estimator shorted the area by about 40 s.f. so we had to wait over the weekend for the extra tile to arrive from Jacksonville. The tile setters, Jose and Pedro, are brothers and fast workers. Very little waste tile and these guys were honest. Earlier, I had unknowingly dropped a $20 bill on the floor, and a few minutes later Jose came up to me and said " I found this on the floor". Needless to say, he and Pedro each got a $20 at the end of the job. Matt also has a tile store in a warehouse area and you can pretty much find what you need there. Overall, my wife and I were very happy with Matt Manning and his company and would use them again.

I own 3 Duplex buildings (6 Units). I think that this was the 3 rd Apt that Matt converted to tiles.  He and his crew were extremely punctual ( even early ).  Matt worked with me to expedite the job.  His price was very fair.  His work did not create any unnecessary tile dust.  The job, once begun, was followed through to a swift completion. Clean up & haul away were done well. The result was impressive.  I do plan to employ Matt again for my remaining apartments, as well as, for my own home, when I need new flooring.

Troy (estimator) came out measured and was very friendly and professional.  The installers were very professional and meticulous, take good pride of their work and it truly shows.  The crown molding looks great, we are very happy with the work and will consider Matt Manning LLC for future work.
