Description of Work: I needed new heels on my shoes. I walked into this place, and the first thing I noted was that this location repairs shoes. You could tell that from all the shoes stacked up, waiting to be repaired. So I dropped mine off and picked them up a week later. I also had taps put on them. The work was quit satisfactory. I do not actually remember exactly what the fee was (the $35 is a guess). I do recall that my first thought was that this was a bit high. However it has been a couple of years since I have had new heels put on. Also, this place had been recommended to me by someone else, and it was obviously being professionally run and appeared to be a thriving business.

 + -1 moreThey repaired them beautifully and they look brand new. They treated the leather and I did not expect the shoes to look that good. It only took a week to have them ready and I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used American Alterations/American Shoe Repair to re-sole two pairs of very expensive shoes as well as repairing a little tear at the top of one pair.
