Appliance Repair

Though they were able to provide same day service, the word service went out the door as soon as they entered my home.  The technician, operator, supervisor and branch manager all treated me rudely as if I was a fool not to pay their unbelievably inflated prices.    I cannot help but feel that they constantly rip people of on prices or collect their $60 for just showing up.  Either way they make money.  Overall it was a bad experience that taught me to look further into getting things done myself instead of relying on a repair company to act in a professional manner.
