 + -1 moreI travel extensively and Initiated "Quick Quote" as instructed on their website for two vehicles. Stated max 30 min call back. Hours later a voicemail on one of them. Returned Voicemail multiple times without a response. Finally 3 days later got a live answer and no apology but confirmed they were aware of my voicemails. Made a schedule for Today with a window of arrival of 10a - 11a. Stated that will probably be 9a if the first appointment went well. No call no Show! Instead I received an email at 1:40p with an attached "estimate" for a different service for the vehicles than agreed upon and with a new appointment date for tomorrow. Not a single attempt to contact or apology. The facts speak for themselves. I have contacted another provider and we shall see. Highly advise to avoid this vendor!

Description of Work: Weekly car wash/wax this visit. Arrived on time and did a spectacular job. Have them come on a weekly schedule and will definitely use them in the future for detail and vehicle maintenance.

 + -1 moreI got the top detail for my car, which took 6 hours. My car looks almost brand new (it is 2 years old) and I love it. They cleaned everything and gave it a coat of polish that makes my husband jealous and he has a 1 month old new car. We had these guys do our motorcycles a few months ago and those too turned out perfect, shining like I could not believe. We will definitely use these guys again!!
