They sprayed for bugs. I continue to see bugs. When I call they do come out and spray. This last time I hadn't seen them for a while I called to complain and amazingly they said I was scheduled for service the very next day. When I signed up I was told by the gentleman that I could cancel at any time with a 30-day notice. What he did not include in that sentence was after a year. I'm usually a good judge of character. But somehow this gentleman got past me

They check for subterranean and dry wood termites. I think their prices are average. They were right here when they said they'd be here. They had two guys come out here. One was in street clothes and the other was in a uniform. We are on contract with them. It took about the better part of the morning. They drilled holes around the perimeter of the house. They were here 4 or 5 hours.

Every time they came out it cost $60. They came out every two months. It was some $400 per year. One thing what I really didn't like was, when they came into the house and they are supposed to spray everything, didn't spray everything. They only sprayed the window sills in rooms instead of the floor, going around. You never know if they came or left because they never leave a note. So you never know if they came or not. I didn't like that. The day you come you need to leave me something to let me know that you came. They never left anything. So I never knew if they came or not. I didn't like that. That's why I didn't use them after that.

They weren't showing up. They were showing up after when they said they would. As far as the quality goes, the technicians didn't really know what they were doing. Despite having them treat my lawn 3 times, I still have a very dead lawn and a lot of live weeds.

Unfriendly and poor follow through. We had the indoor and outdoor full service for 4 months and there were many problems. Bugs and cob webs weren't cleaned off house requiring repeat visits from tech, no return calls, tech came hours late yesterday with no apology or mention of the inconvenience. Customer service on the phone was intermittently rude. All this-- and our ant problem was never fully resolved! We cancelled service and are looking elsewhere.

We own a 3100 sq.ft. home.  We discovered evidence of active termites in opposite corners of the house.  We called four pest control companies.  Orkin offered us the best warranty for the price and their treatment plan to get the situation under control was the most appealing to us.  They were here two days in a row: six hours the first day and four hours the second day.  At one point, there were three Orkin trucks in front of our home at one time.  Their technicians were excellent and courteous.  Our infestation of subterranean termites was serious.  They trenched around the entire outside perimeter of the house with Termidor.  They drilled into every area concrete was touching the house including inside the garage, along the back patio and across the front stoop.  We have a bi-level home.  They pulled back carpet in areas inside the home where they felt problems could potentially exist because of active evidence in the upper level, (even though there was no present evidence in the lower level in the same area,) and drilled into the foundation.  They pulled back carpet in another corner of the home and drilled along a settlement crack where one infestation was obvious.  They drilled into the foundation along the wall where active termite evidence existed.  Active termite evidence in our case meant  termites were eating through the drywall and creating exit holes in our walls.  We were told, (by all pest control companies that gave us estimates,) only mature termite colonies swarm.  We had two swarmings.  They "spray foamed" inside the walls in all areas where active termite evidence existed.  They discovered a third affected area in our garage which we missed.  We have two full bathrooms on our lower level; they installed a "bath trap" door in both lower level bathrooms to be able to check for future termite activity easily.  We were offered a one year warranty, three year warranty and five year warranty.  We chose the five year warranty.   Only one, local company offered a lower price, (just slightly under $1K,)  but would do nothing more than trench the perimeter of the home.  Terminix offered a price tag very similar to Orkin but with a different treatment plan and only a one year warranty period.  The fourth, local company offered a treatment plan similar to Orkin but with a price tag of about $3600.  We have never dealt with a termite infestation in the past, so we have nothing to compare this experience to, however, we were thoroughly impressed with the job Orkin did and will definitely continue to use them for future preventative treatments.

Quick appointment, explained thoroughly, good crew from the salesman to exterminator. Respectful of property, efficient listened to my concerns.would use them again

It went very well. They were robust. They were not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I talked to a technician and he said Orkins will always do a great job. They are knowledgeable and get good training. They do good quality work.

Heron did a great job and their technician, Ryan was super nice and very professional. He explained the treatment he was doing on the lawn and explained in detail the transition the lawn would be going through. We are in for the long haul and we realize you cannot fix a severe lawn weed and crab grass problem over night. We are seeing the exact transition Ryan described would happen where the weeds are dying off and the st. augustine grass is getting healthier. I read many reviews on Heron before I decided who to do business with and I have been extremely happy with their professionalism and their experience. I really appreciate that they took the time to describe the transition the lawn will go through over the next year.

They come every two months for lawn care and every two months for home. They charge $92 every two months. They've always been reliable. I've had Orkin Home Pest Control close to twenty years. The technicians are long-term technicians. The same people come which is really nice. I would continue to use their service.

They charge per event and I would rate them highly.

.I was upset because the house had not been treated in 20 years he argued with me and said they had treated my home I tolod him no you haven't he went back and looked and said I was right and he got somone out there to treat the home. But it was first he wa telling me they had come out when I wasn't there and such. So I have been looking for someone else. I just not happy with what I'm being charged and after all this time they haven't done what they were suppose to do. Not going to use them again.

The guy that treats your property does what he says he's going to do. I reminded the current guy to take down spider webs on the property, but I guess that's pretty common. I would recommend watching your technician and maintaining a good relationship with him. Know what he's doing, and that's about it. If you do that, you'll be alright. They are pretty responsive.

I have Orkin come monthly to spray inside and out for all insects, since they have been coming I no longer even think about there being insects around my house. they are reliable and come regularly at the scheduled time. I would recommend them to others. Their pricing is fair as well.

Orkin is nationally known which is why I chose them. They come on schedule every couple of months or as necessary if there is a problem, on the plan I have. I am billed in monthly installments and they just show up at the necessary times and successfully eliminate these pests. I recommend them.

They are a well known company so I can trust them. I have been using them for at least 2 years and I ve always been satisfied with their work. The technician that comes around is always the same and I would recommend them to everybody.

The same lady is sent from Merry Maids each time which is something that makes things easier on both of us. She knows me, knows my house and what needs doing. She is generally here about an hour and fifteen minutes, working quickly and efficiently. She is pleasant and reliable.

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY DID WHAT WE BROUGHT THEM HERE TO DO. BASICALLY THEY CAME, AND THEY WERE MANNERLY. THEY APPARENTLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DID IT RELATIVELY QUICKLY WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF DISTURBANCE AS POSSIBLE.

THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER OTHER THAN I DON'T LIKE TO PAY $41.25 PER MONTH, BUT THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK SO YOU PAY FOR IT.

THEY ARE A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT DOES A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO, AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY BUGS SO THAT IS A PLUS. THEY WERE REASONABLY PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, AND QUICK. THEY GOT THINGS DONE QUICKLY.

WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE AND PRODUCT. DURING THE MONTH, IF WE CALL BECAUSE WE STILL HAVE BUGS, THEY RESPOND PROMPTLY. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT HARMFUL TO OUR DOG.

WE HAD TERMITES IN OUR HOME FOR 3 TO 4 YEARS IN A ROW. IT TOOK THAT LONG FOR THIS COMPANY TO RID OUR HOUSE OF LIVE TERMITES. IT WAS FRUSTRATING BECAUSE IT TOOK SO LONG TO GET RID OF THE TERMITES BUT IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL YEARS AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY SIGNS OF LIVE TERMITES.

WE LIVE IN A HEAVILY FORESTED AREA AND THERE ARE MANY ANIMALS AND BUGS AROUND. WE ALSO HAD A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH FIRE ANTS. OUR ORKIN REP. TAKES CARE OF THIS EVERY MONTH. HE IS PROMPT AND IN OBTRUSIVE SOMETIMES I DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT HE'S BEEN THERE UNTIL MY HUSBAND TELLS ME OR WE FIND HIS NOTE. HE'S AWESOME.
