They did not do anything the way I was told it would be done. They did not cover to protect my landscaping plants. They scratched a deep grove in my driveway by dragging their compressor. They spilled tar on my driveway and then stepped in it and tracked it all over the driveway. Then they re-shingled the roof without repairing the roof damage. Then they would send incompetent people to try to fix the roof damage. They had nail heads exposed all over the roof. It took a year and a half (no exaggeration) to finally fix the roof damage and then they tried to charge me more than the original price.

OVERALL IT WAS A PRETTY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE, NOT A GOOD ONE. THE TIMELINE FOR BEING DONE WAS WAY EXAGGERATED. AS FAR AS THE WORK BEING DONE IT WAS BELOW AVERAGE. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS AWFUL. THERE WERE MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THE PROJECT, AND NO ONE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE WORK WAS WARRANTED, AND THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED OUR CALLS BECAUSE THEIR WORK NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT.
