John Oesterling is the owner and completed the work himself with the help of an assistant; they completed the ductwork upgrade on one morning and completed the unit installation the next day; everything was done as promised and the price was the most competetive of all received; I prefer dealing with the owner who actually does the work as opposed to a salesman and technicians from the larger companies; John was refered to me by a home remodeling contractor and the whole project could not have gone better.

I CALLED ON A FRIDAY NIGHT, AND I DIDN'T HEAR FROM HIM UNTIL MONDAY. I MISSED HIS CALL. I CALLED HIM ON A MONDAY, AND HE WAS AT MY HOUSE WITHIN TWO HOURS. HE HAD TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE IT STILL DIDN'T WORK (IT KEPT SHUTTING ITSELF OFF). HE HAD TO REPLACE THE PARTS AT THAT POINT.

We have a two-story house; the upstairs is always hotter than downstairs. When John was here for annual service, I asked about solutions. He suggested zoning.
