Bob provided solid advice on pricing our home and connected us with consultant for staging advice. He also recommended a handyman to fix and paint various parts of our home. He and Elaine were readily available for questions about negotiation. They were prompt, always professional and willing to listen. We would recommend them and use them again for buying and selling property.

We had a friend's child from church as our agent and then we got serious and hired the O'Bryants. I dont believe we would have a house in this neighborhood without their assistance. I dont drive much and Elaine would pick me up and take me to see houses. Bob called to check on us no less than 5 times after closing and they had long since cashed the check. They are cool people.

The entire process went very well.  There were no problems.  Elaine and Bob made recommendations for the other services needed to close on the house and the people were wonderful.  Everything was so easy which made for a smooth closing.
