I told the tech I did not want to buy their opener. He pressured me to do so against my better judgement. Their poor quality opener stopped working properly the next day and they have broken one and stood me up on two subsequent repair appointments. Now they claim they will not remove their equipment and that they do not give refunds. Bad business, no way to treat seniors or anyone else.

They were good. I had to call them more than once because the guy came out and fixed my garage. He programmed my garage opener and I wasn't able to get the garage opened by him. I had to call him back and reprogram both sides. He did one but it was on the opposite side which was not supposed to be. The price was pretty reasonable. They were on time.

Not good. Not 700.00 dollars worth! They had to come back to and repair what they should have done the first time. They were going to charge me for another service call to back out and repair what the first repairman did wrong. The repair is corrected now,
But is 700.00 dollars too much ?
I DON'T like to wright a review like this but they are menbers of your list. And i thought you might be able to do something about the price and service. It sure isn't what i was expecting from your list of venders.

They were very fast in responding. That was excellent. And they got the job done quickly. However, it was very expensive.

They did what they said they were going to do. There wasn't a whole lot they could do because the garage door needed work. They were high in their estimate so I went with somebody else. They did the assessment for probably 30 minutes. We needed rollers. They suggested putting a new garage door opener.
