I told the tech I did not want to buy their opener. He pressured me to do so against my better judgement. Their poor quality opener stopped working properly the next day and they have broken one and stood me up on two subsequent repair appointments. Now they claim they will not remove their equipment and that they do not give refunds. Bad business, no way to treat seniors or anyone else.

They were good. I had to call them more than once because the guy came out and fixed my garage. He programmed my garage opener and I wasn't able to get the garage opened by him. I had to call him back and reprogram both sides. He did one but it was on the opposite side which was not supposed to be. The price was pretty reasonable. They were on time.

Everyone BEWARE, I purchased a Big Deal from the Angie's List site for a tune up.  I received a message about a week later on the Angie's List site from the vendor with a name (Brittney) and a number to contact to set up the appointment.  I called the number  the next day and Neighborhood Garage Door told me that they do not do any deals with Angie's List and that there is no Brittney at Neighborhood Garage Door.  They said it is a fraud and someone is using their name to sell the deals on Angie's List and I could look up the details online because they couldn't be bothered to give me more information about the people trying to use their name.  I contacted Angie's List and they refunded my money because it was within 30 days of purchase.  However, the deals are still listed on Angie's List.  Again, BEWARE - if you purchase the deal and try to schedule after 30 days and the company says they won't do it, you may be out your purchase because the Angie's List money back guarantee only extends 30 days.  I wouldn't even mess with this company since they can't get the issue straight with Angie's List or they lie about the Big Deal.  The person answered my call with Neighborhood Garage Door stated that they would perform the tune up, but it would be at a different cost from the Big Deal.  You can interpret that however you like, but again - the deals are still for sale on the site and they said they don't have ANY deals with Angie's List.

Not good.  Not 700.00 dollars worth!  They had to come back to and repair what they should have done the first time.  They were going to charge me for another service call to back out and repair what the first repairman did wrong.  The repair is corrected now,
But is 700.00 dollars too much ?
 I DON'T like to wright a review like this but they are menbers  of your list.  And i thought you might be able to do something about the price and service.  It sure isn't what i was expecting from your list of venders.

They did what they said they were going to do. There wasn't a whole lot they could do because the garage door needed work. They were high in their estimate so I went with somebody else. They did the assessment for probably 30 minutes. We needed rollers. They suggested putting a new garage door opener.

I called at 11am, the provider stated they'd be there before 5pm then when they missed that time and I called they stated they would be there by 6 PM once again they did not come. the next morning I called to try and reschedule and they told me I was rescheduled for that day I told them I could not make it because I had to work and they said they would reschedule for another day again sometime during the day before five when I asked them for an appointment for after five since I had waited that long the day before they told me to give them a $200 deposit and they could come by sometime after 5 PM I spoke with More than three people at this company and each time was more surprised by how unprofessional they were I would not recommend calling them.

You purchased 2 lube and tunes. A lube and tune would not effect the door. Lube and tune just makes the parts slicker in order for the door to go up with ease.
