Natalie spent over six months helping us find the perfect home. I can't even count how many homes she took us to...yet she was never frustrated or impatient with us. I felt that she understood how important it was to find "the right one." We finally settled on a short sale which was an incredibly long and arduous process. Yet Natalie was there to facilitate all of the communication that was needed between us and the seller, seller's realtor, seller's lawyer, seller's negotiator, and seller's lender! I believe that in the end it was only her persistence that saved the deal. I highly recommend Natalie as someone you want on your side during the purchase of a house.

Due to the areas we are looking into we ended up with 2 real estate agents at the same time. The difference in the communication and knowlegeability was night and day between the 2.

I had never sold a house before and Natalie was with me every step of the way. She was there to address any concerns I had and provided a perfect sounding board to know at what price to list and what issues I may encounter so that the house would sell as quickly as possible. We were able to close in just over a month which was exceptional!!!

I sent an e-mail, and she responded via phone to our questions. She was up front and positive with us. We will meet with her in 2013.

We are finalizing the sale, and it is looking very positive thanks to Natalie's tireless efforts on our behalf. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an excellent real estate agent.

She was just fabulous. She really went above and beyond to help my son find a home. She was extremely informative, accommodating, patient, and a pleasure to work with. She even educated him on the home buying process - what to look for, what to avoid. I would highly, highly recommend her to others. When it's time to sell, we will definitely be calling her.

First, I found Natalie on Angie's List and found her to be one of the most praised real estate agents in the Orlando Metro Area on Angie's List at the time. Therefore, based upon those reviews I used her to be my agent. I can tell you that I was very picky knowing I was in a buyer's market and had all the time in the world as a single business man with no children. I was staying at nice extended stay with most of my property in a storage facility during a very busy a tumultuous time at work so moving into a house was definitely not the primary concern on my list. However, Natalie was very consistent about sending my updates during my whole stay. I know we looked at well over 100 properties all in Seminole County most near Altamonte. If I was serious enough and had a family she would have had me in a house within the first month. Her knowledge of real estate property is very impressive yet she is very humble and very informative without being intimidating. There were a few times I really liked a property and she could have talked it up to try to complete the sell, but she found something disturbing and pointed it out to warn me. I really liked Natalie's style. I felt very comfortable with her and she made me feel like she had my best interest in mind. Unfortunately, some trouble went down at work and I left the company in March 2012. I saw the writing on the wall about 3-4 months prior and Natalie was still sending me text messages with updates even though my desire to purchase a property had obviously been diminished. For full disclosure, this was the first time I had ever tried to buy a house so my experience with real estate agents is limited. However, I wasn't born yesterday and I have had a lot of experience with professionals in other industries and it is very hard for me to imagine how an agent could be any better than Natalie. This experience with Natalie not only made me a believer in her, but also a huge believer in Angie's List.

She keeps me informed and is doing a great job. She is very professional. I would definitely recommend her to other people.

She's pleasant and willing to please. I lived in a different place and when I found a house I would like she would go and video tape the home as she was talking to me. She was extremely professional, cooperative and helpful. She's not the typical real estate agent who is interested in pushing you into a sale. She points things out that I should consider when buying a home. She has the buyers best interest.

She is professional and really knows her stuff. She has coached me through the short sale that has lasted three months. Natalie helps us stay clear headed and focused in the most charming way imaginable. The short sale is a very wrenching situation, and she makes it very doable. She is very down to earth. Every time I have called her, she has picked up the phone. She is always available. I could not have done this without her.

The whole process was so easy. We interviewed a couple of Real Estate Agents before deciding on Natalie. Not only did she have excellent reviews of Angies List, but she seemed so excited about selling our house. She could see all the positive aspects of the house and knew what would be the best selling features. Based on the recent comps, she encouraged us to list the house as a far higher price than we thought possible. She also gave us a great rate and included a home warranty. We signed the contract with Natalie on 11/23/11 - the day before Thanksgiving. Natalie took lots of pictures and posted them on the MLS that evening. We had a call from a Buyers Agent the next day and a full-price offer on Friday. We eventually had to drop the price by a few thousand as it didn't appraise. However, we know we still got top-price and were thrilled with the outcome. Natalie was there through the whole process of inspection, appraisal and closing. We were actually moving the day of the inspection. The inspector determined that the lower panel of the garage door needed to be replaced. Natalie arranged for a company to do the work and even had her husband paint the new panel for us! Thanks Mr. A.! We closed today - 27 days from the day we listed! We'd recommend Natalie to anyone selling their home.

Natalie did such a great job! She was friendly, positive, energetic and very proactive in getting my house listed and doing all she could to generate interest in prospective buyers such as coordinating an open house and giving me easy, inexpensive tips to spruce up my landscaping. Although I ultimately took my house off the market to keep as a rental, I will use Natalie again if/when I decide to sell in the future. She really is a pleasure to work with.

I have used her before and she did a tremendous job on the first house. In November, she helped us sell a house. There were a number of problems that had to be negotiated. One of the neighbors had put a part of their fence over the property line. So we wanted them to acknowledge where the actual property line was and where the fence was. It took about three weeks to get the owner of the house to finally agree to sign the paper. We got to the point where we just had to move the fence. He took the fence off of our property line. Natalie and another realtor did it all. We had agreed to pay to have the fence taken down. She was out there in the front of his house, but he didn’t show up. It was horrible, but she got through all that. So, we didn’t really need to deal with it. She got all the paper work done and got all the issues worked out. She was great. We would use her services in the future too. In fact, we hired her again. My mother-in-law passed away and she had two houses. So, Natalie sold the first one for us and now we have got the second one ready. We have given her the contract for that also.

I contacted Natalie after seeing her on Angie's List. She was wonderful!!! I spoke with her on the phone for about 15 mins explaining what we were looking for and my time line. I had 4 weeks to find a place and get moved. While we were still on the phone Natalie started sending me possible listings to review. She also explained that there would be no charge to us for her to assist us with finding a condo to rent. We had 1 major obsticale being that we have 3 cats. Natalie and I went thru over 40 listings. She confirmed which ones would accept the 3 cats in a rental. The condo we ended up renting stated they only accepted 1 pet, but after Natalie talked to them, the owner agreed to the 3 cats. Natalie viewed the condo for us and send us multiple pictures and video of the condo when she viewed it. Due to the extent of these videos, we were able to save the money of plane tickets and settle on this condo. Natalie helped walk me thru the application process. We meet Natalie for the first time the day we took position of the condo. The condo was exactly as Natalie described. Natalie made this entire process pleasantly easy. We plan to contact Natalie when we are ready to buy a house in the Orlando area within the year or two.

She has been doing very well. She worked hard. She was professional and friendly. She ran the whole show basically. I would like to use her services in future if I ever try to sell another house which would be twenty five years from now.

She was great and just kind of dug in. She just had a very hometown feel about her - very professional but very comfortable. She seemed to be very straightforward and honest. We didn?t go with her because we wanted somebody that was more commercial, but in retrospect, I think we should have gone with her. She was phenomenal. We spent about 90 minutes with her. We would use her in the future if necessary.

From the first moment I spoke to Natalie, I felt none of the slick, pushy attitude you get from most real estate workers. She asks questions about what you need and then actually LISTENS to your answers. She has infinite patience with picky people, and took me to see countless houses before we found the "right" one. She's great at keeping you on track to make sure all inspections and paperwork are in line, and manages to do all of that without making you feel henpecked or bothered.
