Natalie was great at keeping me informed, always responsive and helped me work on certain areas of my home that needed extra staging. She is very knowledgeable in the process of selling a home and gave me great tips along the way. We were able to sell our home in a fairly challenging market in the area in which I lived. We were able to sell our home at the price we were looking for and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is trying to sell their home.

Well, I first found Natalie on Angie’s List. I contacted her when I first was thinking about moving. Once we met, she went over the whole process. She even went over anything I should do to my house to make it sell as quickly and for as much as possible. I did end up doing everything and once the time came around for me to put my house on the market, I was ready. However, my job only gave me 4 months to move which wasn’t enough time for the price point of my house. I then had to rent it out for a year while I then moved to Colorado. A few months before my tenants lease expired, we decided to put my home on the market again and we got an offer the same day. The whole time I was away, Natalie handled everything. She made the process so much less stressful. I’ve worked with her from the summer of 2016 to June 5, 2018 when we closed on the house. The whole process was absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend her for all your real estate needs. * The $1 for the cost was just so I could proceed to the next step. Obviously, the commission that was charged to me will be different for you based on the purchase price. This is not your typical Angie’s List category such as plumbing *

We couldn't have asked for a better result. In fact, the ending result was above our highest expectation! Natalie Amento made an otherwise difficult task fun, and it was nice finding someone to trust all the way from North Carolina.

I'm sure that some people fill out these reviews with full stars but don't really mean it. Well I do -each and every category. It might impress you that Natalie found a buyer for our home in less than 24 hours of listing, but that's just the start. What really impressed me, is that Natalie checked in with us every year for three years prior to us selling the home. She didn't nag us, she coached us and guided us towards the best timing to list. And when we talked to her after a year, so knew all our details like we had just talked to her yesterday. On more than one occasion, Natalie acted in our best interest, even when it wasn't necessarily aligned with her financial interest. On top of this, she sold our home in Florida while we were living in Washington. She took care of everything. We would recommend her to anyone with out any hesitation.

Natalie is wonderful!  She puts her client's needs first.

During the searching phase, Natalie searches for potentials issues with the home, points out oddities, and ask questions that make you consider if the home will work for your family's needs.  In the negotiations phase, Natalie offers sound advice.  During the closing, Natalie really shines, her follow up is second to none, she can recommend service providers that she's used in the past and has never steered me wrong.

I'M AN OUT OF STATE OWNER WHICH IS OFTEN DIFFICULT TO MANAGE.   MY HOUSE WAS REHABED, ONLY TO BE BROKEN INTO AND ALL NEW APPLIANCES PLUS A/C UNIT WERE STOLEN.  I HAD NO WAY OF SECURING THE PROPERTY AND SHE WAS A HUGE HELP WITH  THAT TOO.  I REPAIRED ALL DAMAGES AND REPLACED ALL STOLEN ITEMS AND WE ALREADY HAD A BUYER.   SHE PUT THEM INTO THE HOUSE ON MONTH TO MONTH LEASE WHILE WE WAITED FOR THERE FUNDING .   THREE MONTHS LATER AFTER MANY SET BACKS , AND CHANGES IN LOANS WE MANAGED TO CLOSE.  KEEP IN MIND SHE WENT TO LOWE'S FOR ME AND ARRANGED PURCHASE OF NEEDED APPLIANCES ECT.  AND THEN SHOWED UP TO  SEE THEM INSTALLED, GOD I LOVE THIS AGENT !!!!   I'M SORRY I CAUSED HER TO LOOSE TIME WITH HER FAMILY AS SHE OFTEN WORKS WEEK ENDS OR WHEN EVER WORK REQUIRED IT..................PLEASE GIVE HER A CHANCE TO DO FOR YOU WHAT SHE DID FOR ME............SHE'S THE BEST !

Natalie acted as our buying agent. She was very instrumental in making sure the house we were purchasing, that the process went very smoothly. From the very beginning, she projected a high degree of interest and professionalism towards any of our concerns. If we had concerns about anything, she was quick to get on the phone find the answers. She was basically with us throughout the whole process and made sure we were aware of all the rules, nuances dealing with the purchase of our house. I would definitely hire her again or recommend her to anyone we know that needs the Real Estate services she provides.

We searched Angie's List to find a realtor to sell our home. Natalie had fantastic reviews. We interviewed her and a few other realtors with good reviews on the list. Natalie quickly responded to my initial inquiry. When we met in person, she was very friendly and professional. I immediately felt the most comfortable with her, her personality, and her experience in the industry. Plus she offered some perks that other realtors did not offer. She gave us some tips on a few things to do before selling the house, but was very complimentary on all the love and hard work we had poured into recently renovating our home. During the process of putting our house up on the market, I delivered my 2nd baby. Natalie gave us a  gift to welcome our baby girl; something she certainly did not have to do, but came from the heart. She was very sensitive to the fact that I had a newborn plus a toddler in the house and would not want folks coming and going throughout the house anytime. She was great about providing detailed showing instructions, which helped me to prepare the house before each showing. She had a professional photographer come in to take photos for the flyers, magazine ad, and internet. The pictures were extremely impressive (my husband, my family and I were so wowed by them!) and Natalie was very quick to produce quality advertisement for the house. We were attempting to sell our home during the slow season, right around the holidays, and were worried about not getting enough movement. Natalie did a fantastic job of networking with other realtors and advertising to get plenty of showings. She even coordinated an open house with a few other realtors that had listings in the immediate area. And when she was unavailable (which was not often) she ensured that someone from her team was available for us. Throughout the entire process of selling our home, she was very responsive; whether by phone, email, or text, she always got back to me quickly (anytime of day or night). Ultimately...we were able to get a contract and smoothly close on the house within a 2 month timeframe. Before closing on the house, we moved away out of town. Natalie checked in on the house each week and went out of her way to gather our mail and forward it to us. When we returned for the final move and for closing day, she was there to ensure the process went smoothly. After all was said and done, she still followed-up with a thank you note and gift. I hands-down recommend Natalie. If it wasn't for us moving away, I would absolutely have used her for the purchase of our next home. I can?t say enough about Natalie.  What impressed me the most was her responsiveness to my questions and requests.  I was working within a super difficult market ? properties were being sold the same day as listed ? and Natalie always answered my questions or
contacted the other agent to get answers, agreed to meet me at a property, or emailed/texted me back right away so that properties wouldn?t slip out from under me.  She coordinated inspections, seemed to know all types of inspection and repair people (several of which I used and was very happy with), and kept me informed in all stages of the purchase.   What was also great is that she was able to
documents and anything that needed to be signed to me electronically.  This is perfect for a working person who can?t leave to sign something.  It also moved things along quicker.   If it wasn?t for her timeliness, I wouldn?t be in my new home today.  In today?s world,
customer service seems to be lacking.  With Natalie, not only was her customer service exemplary, but she never made me feel like I was bothering her with my many ?can we go see this house?? running around Seminole County requests. Always pleasant.  Always professional.  Always looking out for my interests.   I highly recommend her if you are looking for a home.

Natalie was cheerful, thorough, knowledgeable, amazingly energetic, and successful. I worked hard for two months prepping the house for sale, and almost every day that I was onsite, she would show up to check on progress and make recommendations. We followed her recommendations, did fairly extensive fix-ups including painting, tile and carpet, and the house sold in 12 days for a good price. I cannot think of any way that her performance could have been improved.

We decided not to sell because of the market. She was great in helping us make a decisions and we will work with her when the market changes.

Natalie has been our real estate agent in the sale of a property, the rental of a property and
most recently, the purchase of another property. We have tested her skills in multiple directions, and she has always proved to be thorough and efficient in all of her efforts on our behalf. We cannot say enough positive things about her representation.

We were in the market to buy a home. I searched Angie's List for realtors and started from the top of the all "A" list and started calling them one by one. I think I called 3 or 4 before Natalie and I either didn't get a response or never heard back after leaving a voicemail so I continued down the list and was pleasantly surprised when she answered the phone with her kind demeanor. Everything happens for a reason and this is proof.......We spoke on the phone and  we expressed to her our desires, budget, must haves etc.. within an hour or so we were receiving emails with potential properties to view fast forward a few months and we just closed on our home Friday August 29th 2014 and couldn't be happier with her. We worked with her for several months, searching relentlessly to find as close to what we were looking for as possible and she was always available, willing and ready to show us properties even taking us back to homes we were still considering on numerous occasions. She always shows up with a smile and genuinely caring attitude that just sets your mind at ease. Home buying is very stressful at times and I really felt as if she were on our side, rooting us on and being our advocate in every situation possible. She is always prepared, extremely knowledgeable, understands the market, efficient, dedicated, hard working, and just an all around wonderful person. I really cannot say enough about her. I know through this process we have not only gained much respect for her and her work ethic but have also gained a lifelong friend.

We wanted to sell our house in April. We got an offer 3 days after listing! We sold for the price we wanted to sell! I couldn't believe how quickly she sold our house. Natalie was amazing throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions and was very patient. I was impressed on how quickly she resolved any issues that came up. She really went above and beyond to help us in this process. Selling a home can be challenging but she made is so easy! I highly recommend Natalie for selling/buying, she is very knowledgeable and is a pleasure to work with.

We live out of state and have owned a vacation home in Orlando for years.  It was time to consider selling so we found Natalie based on previous reviews and gave her a call.  She first met with us in November 2013 and we felt comfortable with the information she gave us about comparable properties and the current market conditions.  We were impressed that even though we were all the way across town from her normal territory she didn't mind coming to see us and really gave us no pressure in listing the home.  She actually recommended waiting until the spring to list the home since we use it most during the winter and the market is better in the springtime.  
We listed the home on March 11 and had a signed purchase agreement that night!  Our location was good and the home was well cared for, but I do think that Natalie hit the nail on the head with the listing price. 
Throughout the process of negotiations/inspections Natalie was awesome.  We had to do a major plumbing project with little time before closing and she was able to get this done with a plumbing contractor (Anthony Squitieri) who was great.  The process was virtually hands free for me which was especially important since I am out of state.   The buyers didn't ask for repair of most all of the small stuff found during the inspection and I wasn't going to bother with them, but Natalie took her husband to our home and he repaired most every one of them himself.
The best part of the experience working with Natalie was the ease in communicating with her.  She always answered the phone or replied to emails/text messages immediately.  She made us feel like we were her only client.  I know this couldn't have been the case.  That is a hard thing to do when you are busy, but she did it flawlessly.

So glad we found Natalie, she was the perfect realtor, not too pushy and really listened to our needs instead of pushing each house we saw as many realtors do. She was extremely professional and personable and had all the answers to our questions. She was always on time and showed a lot of patience with our purchase of our new house. Natalie sold a very difficult investment property for me in record time and at a record price. I have sold multiple properties in multiple states and have never had a better Realtor. Her instincts are dead on and her follow up and communication skills are superlative.

We started the short sale of the property over a year ago.  Yesterday, we (finally) closed.  The delay had nothing to do with Natalie's efforts as she continued to look for new buyers, promote the property, work with our short sale lawyers, and follow up with the buyer's realtors when it appeared that they might not meet the deadlines.  It was a frustrating process, but through it all, Natalie was encouraging and helpful.  Wonderful person.  Absolute integrity.

I haven’t pursued selling my property because I didn’t want to go that route until next year, although she was very good.  She didn’t charge me anything but what was really good was that she gave me the cost of other houses that were sold in the community.  That was very good because I didn’t expect her to do that.  She looked around, gave me an on spot evaluation, and told me how long it would take her to sell it, what the estimated price would be so she was very helpful.  She was very knowledgeable and very good at what she did.  I would use her if I decide to put my house on the market.
