Amazing work in a quick and timely manner. In this day and age a company like Nanoguard rarely exists. A company that cares more about the wellbeing of their customers rather than filling their own pockets. I highly recommend and ask for Chelsea, Craig and/or Brian. Amazing representatives of the company and are solid people to be around. They’ll help you every step of the way.

Absolutely amazing company to work with!!! I had water/mold damage to my kitchen, livingroom, & foyer that required almost a complete gut. NanoGuard was AMAZING! Every employee from the workers doing the labor to the managers, owner, to the ladies in the office, they were all fantastic. I wish I could name them all individually but this review would be crazy long. They are all super hard workers, professionalism at its best, fast work, high quality work, diligent, polite, caring, good, tender hearted people. They went above & beyond to accommodate my specific situation. There were some days they were here bright & early & worked all day into the night. Truly amazing people. There are not enough thank yous.

The entire staff at NanoGuard are incredibly professional, responsive and highly competent. I had to work with them for over 12 months due to a very challenging insurance and tenant situation. They were always available to support me in any manner that was required to get the job completed. In the end, their work was thorough, comprehensive and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Great communication with everyone I dealt with. I didn’t find as much value with the service with the price, having certain parts of the project go a different way than I was told to expect.

Brian is "peace of mind", concerning the remediation of mold. He will not stop removing drywall until he sees no further evidence of it. He treats all wooden framework until no further discolorations are visibled, retreating if necessary. Flooring is treated, all rooms, closets and bathrooms are treated. The chemical used is people and pet safe, FDA approved for use in restaurants, even. Machines are utilized to ionize the air in the entire house. Hepa filters are used to trap all undesirables, and a huge exhaust fan expells air from the home during the entire process.At one point he saw some growth that was of concern and advised me to mask up. Who does that? Brian knows this process and the science behind it, and he cares that the mold, no matter how severe, is eradicated from your home. I felt that the cost was very reasonable for amount of work that was done. Can I give them 10 stars?

I truly appreciate Brian and Max, they are both great! They inspected our home and helped guide us through the process of getting it fixed by informing us of our rights and providing steps in the intermediate to help our breathing and provide a little comfort until the mold issue was actually taken care of. We have an infant daughter and our leasing office was refusing to check a wall and floor with water clear water damage for mold. With NanoGuards help we weâ re able to get them to have our place checked for mold and have them reimburse the cost of an inspection as well as place us in a temporary unit free of charge.
