I listed my house with this agency which is now called Platinum Property International. They had a client within two days from within their own agency. When I decided not to sale my house anymore, I told them and that's when things got complicated. The agent I was dealing with told me that it was not in her hands anymore and that I would have to deal with the office manager Linda Nabavi. When I contacted her she told me that she would need to review the contract and call me back. Days passed with no answer so I kept calling her back only to be told the last time we spoke that she had to consult a lawyer. I don't understand what the issue is, most agents know that deals go south and no one can force you to sell your property if you don't want to. Furthermore the contract has a clear out clause with a $500 penalty which we are willing to pay. The issue still goes unresolved because they are dragging their feet for no apparent reason. I would not recommend this office at all.
