He had very few clarifying questions (like what I wanted for my wireless password, etc) during his time here which was nice as I was working from home that day and didn't need distractions. Around 3 o-clock he came to me with everything done in the house and asked if I needed my phone setup for the wireless and to be used as a remote for the new media computer. I hadn't even thought of that so let him at it. As I was handing him the phone I noticed a lapel pin on his shirt ... 911 .. Never Forget. At that moment I realized what that day was .. it was 9/11/13 ... 12 years after the World Trade Center attack. I commented on it and found out he had family there that day and gave him my sympathies. Anyways ....
Everything is working perfectly. I had to call twice since they've been here; not because something was wrong ... I just forgot how to do some things and needed a quick 'refresher' over the phone. They were courteous, efficient and I will definitely be using them again.

I called a friend of mine and asked for the name of someone they would recommend and received My IT Pro Team's number. I called them asked for their service department. I explained what was happening and they walked me through a few things to try over the phone (at no charge). When it became apparent that onsite service was going to be required, they took my information down and said a technician would be here with the hour.
True to their word, less than 40 minutes later Chris showed up and got right to work. He pulled the server apart and hooked up one of the server's drives to his laptop to 'start recovering data'. A lot more happened after that but by that time I was just trying to keep the office calm.
Around one o'clock he informed me the server was back up and running and that he was able to recover the damaged portion of the drive preventing it from booting. We arranged to have the drive duplicated and replaced to avoid any future problems. They came back on Wednesday after hours (so we would not be down during the day) and fixed up up and setup cloud backups for us in the event of any future problems.
We have found our new IT company and would recommend them to ANYONE. Fast service. Expert tech. Our Heros !
