My Clean Pool

We have a lot of trees so there is a lot of cleaning to do. They are reliable, friendly and professional. It saves me money using them rather than doing it myself. I will continue to use them and recommend their service.

Kurt from My Clean Pool arrived at my house on time and addressed all the inspection items, including what he could not do(heater repairs - for this I was given a referral). He was honest, straight-forward and very knowledgeable and after dealing with vendors all day, refreshing. And the cost for weekly maintenance is very reasonable. He got my business!

Doing a great job

First visit - only a 1/2 dozen or so swipes with brush - chemicals?? don't know.   Should have been thoroughly swept and treated with yellow treat and chemicals to clear up with 48 hours.  Two weeks later, it was still very yellow.  Finally, pool cleared but pool sides were now stained yellow as well as bottom of pool.  Was hopeful pool people would keep pool clean and chemically balanced so that algae would not occur again and leaves would be cleaned up each week.  But after approximately 6 or 8 months, I had to discontinue what little service was provided as leaves were always on the bottom of pool and algae was always back.  Pool guy would come and spend only a couple of minutes by the pool--no brushing, no cleaning, and I only saw tablets in pool skimmer.  Leaves were still on the bottom of the pool.  I was paying a lot of money for a pool service that was very poor quality pool service. 

They charge monthly.  Price wise he is very competitive.  He does a great job.  I was having issues with my pool and he cleaned them all out before I even told him what was the matter.  He didn't try to up charge me because I had several people coming out and they would tell me what was the matter or ask me what was the matter and then they would try to look for it.  Well that's not very helpful if I have to tell you what's the matter with it.  I didn't like that approach.  He came in and said let me just check it and see what is going on and he checked it and he did give me the same issue that the other people were having and then on price wise on that he was more competitive than what my pool service was and he cleaned up an algae problem for me.  He has been wonderful.  He is a little expensive for me, others in this area might find him okay, but for me it was a little expensive, more than what I wanted, but for what he offered I agreed to it.

Excellent service. Arrived right at time we had agreed. Called because pump wasn't working. Checked problem, identified problem and fixed. Also checked salt cell and water chemistry. Explained everything. Very professional. Highly recommend.

We were out of town.  We had hired a pool guy (unnamed) to maintain our pool during our absence.  The pool guy never showed up.  We were informed by our neighbors that our pool was a dark green.  We had a picture of our pool sent to us...yes indeed, it was a very dark pea green.  Once again, we turned to Angie's list.  We found MY CLEAN POOL.  Now I know most pool cleaning outfits have bad reputations....but these guys at MY CLEAN POOL make up for all of the bad ones out there.  As promised by Kurt @ MY CLEAN POOL they took our pool from GREEN to CLEAN.  AWESOME....Thank you!! 

Everything went so well that they were hired on the spot! No need to look around!

Very helpful.  Researched what the issue could be and made the repair.

My pool was turning green due to lack of care, since my husband and I were attempting to care for it ourselves and became frustrated with the process. When I called Kurt, he came out within 24 hours to look at my pool and gave me a quote of $75.00 to get it from green to clean, and then $105.00 for monthly service. After Kurt came out, I had 2 other parties come out to look at the pool, one who quoted me $325.00 to clean it up, plus monthly fees of over $100, and one who quoted me $500.00 and monthly fees of $150. The other two parties were very stiff and not friendly at all, but Kurt explained the process and told me that he would come personally to get the pool clean before he handed the weekly service off to one of his trained staff.
Kurt did exactly what he said he would do. He was here at least 2 - 3 times a week to work on the pool and get it in shape for swimming. His staff has been out twice and they always leave us a note to let us know they have been there and if there were any problems with the pool.
Overall, Kurt did exactly what he promised to do, at a price that was not only within my budget, but also much less expensive than the competition. And... he's a super nice guy.
