Moving Usa

This was one of the worst companies we have dealt with in a long time. The shipment was picked up in Florida, sat in a warehouse for several weeks and then we were contacted regarding a delivery date. We were told the driver would contact us a day before delivery. 3 days after the scheduled delivery date I called the driver, and he still had to leave Florida. He had 4 or 5 stops before he would be at the destination. When they arrived, they did not have the headboards. They argued about adding charges to a Binding Estimate, because of an elevator. It has been a month since the delivery. I am still missing my headboards. I talked with the dispatch, and was told that they found them, and that the driver would call to schedule delivery. This has not happened. When I called the driver, he doesn' t get back to me with a delivery date. When I call the company, hey told me to contact the driver, or they say they never heard about it. When I try to file a claim, the claim department does not returnb the call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
