I had some power shutdown issues with my Intel I7 gaming desktop system. I built the system last year and know my limits and didn’t have the time, knowledge, or equipment to do a proper diagnostic of each of my components. I did some research online and found Momma Motherboard, saw they had good reviews, were close to my place of employment, and the owner Lorin’s story really impressed me. (it’s on the company’s website). I called Mark and they took my system in the same day and the fee was reasonable, it was a flat fee and if there were any problems they rolled the fee up into the repair cost. (Unlike many of their competitors) My system turned out to be the system from H*** for Lorin and her team, Momma Motherboard really went above and beyond what you would expect from any company. I know they spent hours and hours working on my system. Components were new and still in warranty they went out of their way and ordered and replaced parts at no additional charge under warrenty. The issue ended up being my CPU, they ordered the warranty replacement chip from Intel (even though I didn’t buy this system from them) The greatest thing was that I didn’t have to wait two weeks to get my system back!!! Lorin and her team put an I3 chip in my computer and delivered it to my home. This was so I could still game and work on my system while waiting for the I7 replacement chip from Intel. Witnessing how professional and committed to their customers Lorin and Mark (her tech) were I also had them install my OS onto a Solid State drive that works flawlessly and my boot up time from a cold start is under 10 seconds!!! (Highly recommend for all PC users). Momma Motherboard is a great company with really great people. Lorin and her team are extremely Ethical, Moral, and Professional. I will use them again and will recommend them to my employer, friends and family.
