This maid service came in and cleaned. When I got back to the home. They finished sooner than they said they would and I had furniture and my Nintendo switch missing. The owner of the franchise swears it's my fault and that I misplaced these items. Even if they didn't "take" anything, they left my garage door wide open and my front door unlocked. The ice chest they took had beer cans in it and they were dumped in my bushes. This maid service is a scam and cannot be trusted.

The day we closed, I had other vendors coming in and out of the house. I could not watch over them or walk with them at the end of the service. I was too busy with other vendors coming and going. I will not micro manage. I paid for top to bottom cleaning, I felt like they did just a ok job cleaning. Not what I thought for a top to bottom cleaning. I had to go back and re-clean things I was was excepting to be clean.

I have used Molly Maid for several years now and I am satisfied with the work they do. I have them do the regular cleaning done by most services. They mop floors, vacuum , dust and clean bathrooms, and kitchen. That they are always on time, and bring their own cleaning equipment.

The cleaners from Molly Maid Company do an excellent job. However, the prices they quoted us just to do two bathrooms once a month was a little bit high. The two people that came were Dwain and Kathy. They were very professional. They got right down to work. They first asked me what I wanted to get done. When they had questions, they came to me regarding certain items. They wanted to make sure that they didn’t use any products that would harm the tub and the tiles in the bathroom. They were very good at what they did. If it wasn’t the price then I would continue to use them in the future.
