THEY TOOK OVER ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WAS DOING OUR LAWN CARE AND WAS DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE QUALITY OF THE LAWN DIMINISHED AS DID THE CHANGES THEY WERE MAKING TO THEIR SERVICE AND BILLING. THEY DID NOT INFORM US OF THE BILLING AND SERVICE CHANGES. THEY JUST DID IT.
