AWFUL. The van was overloaded. Family was asked to get out and rearrange their seating to a less favorable place. The suitcases were stacked up so high that if the driver had to stop quickly or be in a wreck some of the suitcases would have gone over the back seat. However, the worst was this. We were staying in a Disney area complex that had multiple buildings. We were dropped off at the wrong location and then we had to arrange transportation to get us to the correct place. The address and the name of the facility were printed on our ticket. I asked the driver of this was the correct location and he said it was. We are taking a taxi back to the airport instead of using the "return ticket" since we paid for a round trip, I gave a "D" instead of an"F" because the woman at the desk was very nice.

I booked my reservation on-line which went smoothly. It was a little cumbersome at the airport to go to the ticket counter and get a ticket, rather than going directly to the curb. It was about a 10 minute wait for the van to arrive, and my stop was the first. On the return, the van was about 5 minutes late, but I was the last stop before the airport so I arrived in plenty of time (too much time actually - they require pickup at least 2:45 before departure time, which seems excessive, particularly if you have the ability to use an airline express security line or the TSA PreCheck line).

It went well but the first driver wasn't sure of where he was going and I ended up navigating. The second driver, on the way home, was sort of telling off the color jokes and it made us a little uncomfortable.

I have used them before. They are easy. We have the drivers cell phone number, we call him, and he schedules us.

Excellent ...excellent ....excellent you turned a nightmare experience related to another cab company into a pleasant experience.

Taxi services to the the airport. Driver was a nice guy, but talked a lot so he missed the correct exit. Also the price a bit high, especially when compared to cab rates in NYC which are limited to 45.00 from JFK to Manhattan. I traveled from Maitland to MCO. Also, there should be Super Shuttle service in orlando, as there is evey major U.S. city

I made an online reservation at 11:30pm the night before I needed the taxi. I requested at 5:15am pick-up. The driver arrived right on time and got me to the airport safe and sound. Very pleased with the service since I made the reservation so late.

Mears service relieved my travel anxiety, especially so early in the morning. Do call as early as possible and use a reputable service like Mears who ha experience and resources to make it all work.
