+ 1 moreHe starts early between 7 and 8 am. Works by himself, which I prefer over a crew of people. Very detailed and very clean. I never had to do any cleanup. I hate when I have to clean up after a contractor and it happens almost every time.
Description of Work: He repainted my entire exterior of my 1 story house for the 2nd time. His first paint job lasted 7 years and still looked good, but I just was ready for a different color. He Is a small local business and I like supporting local businesses. He also works by himself which I liked verses a large crew. He did extensive prep work, pressure washed the 1st day, then applying sealers and caulk around the windows, doors and cracks in the stucco for the next few days. He hand-rolled 2 coats of paint and I really could tell the difference between a sprayed and a rolled pint job. No comparison "Rolled is Superior". He is a true professional and I would recommend him without any hesitations.
