They were on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They were very responsive to my needs and really did a great job!

They were on the roof for barely minutes, missed the majority of the holes that needed to be fixedand tried to sell me a new roof for an exorbitant price of $9000.  Had area in question repaired by someone else for $1500.  Did not need new roof and all new wood for entire roof just the one area.

   The crew was there on time each day and cleaned up all day. Replaced roofing with top rated materals cut fent slots in roof for heat relief of shingles and install skylights. Job was cheched by insurence co and shingle company and have a life time replacement in writing from shingle company.

After many attempts to contact them, and the company not returning my calls, they finally came out to inspect the roof that they had installed in 2007.  They did find some nails that had popped up from the heat, and some worn shingles.  They said I needed a new roof soon - it was only 4 years old.  I contacted another company who came out and gave me a free inspection and said my roof was fine.  The $175 was a waste of money, and I thought I was going to get more of a service.  The other company actually spent more time inspecting the roof and explaining in great detail what I could expect from the roof in the coming years.  Master Roofing had replaced a roof on my previous house and we had a great experience.  So we hired them again when replacing the roof on our current house, and again that was a great experience.  But this recent service and their lack of communication has made me decide to go elsewhere the next time I need any work done on my roof.

The reason I purchased this deal was to find out the length of time I had remaining on the life of my roof. He showed up on time and provided a professional service. Nothing was immediately wrong with my roof, however he did provide me an estimate on a new roof. I was happy with this company and would use them again.

The hole job from start to end was as good as anyone could hope for. No touble with work or with the crew.

They were here on time as they had said and also finished the job on time.  They didn’t leave any extra shingles.  They kept in contact with us throughout the whole day.  I would use them again in the future.

Overall okay, but you walk away from the deal unsure if you got a good value.
I contact the owner Loyal to set up a time for the inspection, he takes down my information and lets me know to expect a call from one of his employees. Two days later I get a call from nick, after some telephone tag a time is arranged. Thursday at 5pm, Thursday comes and goes with no Nick. Several phone calls were made and no response, then on Friday afternoon I get home to find a roofing inspection tucked into my front door. Really!?!?! It's hard to tell if I got ripped off or not for all i know, this guy could of went on my roof applied a few shingles and glue and called it a day. I joined Angie's List for one reason to prevent sketchy situations like this.

I purchased this as an Angie's List Big Deal.  I had to go out of town unexpectantly and I did not have the list from the Big Deal stating what work should have been completed.  They next thing I knew one guy was loading the ladder on the truck and the other was sitting in the truck.  He told me my chimney was cracked and needed stucco as well as painted.  He said he did find a couple nails that he fixed.  I don't want to harm them.  I do think they were nice people. I am just having a hard time spending $179.00 when they did next to nothing.  I was shocked that they came to my door smoking cigarettes.  I'm concerned, as well, because he did not really mention my ridge vents. 

They were timely and prompt. For the work that was done, I think the pricing was a little high.

Master Roofing did an average job. Their price was within reason within other companies. The quality of work was average.

responded in one day to start estimate. Came back in 2 days with samples for color, Provided optional extra cost warantee for extended shingle replacement Started workin one week. Used mexican crew but the foreman spoke good english. Work completed in 2 days (the first day was 11 hr day. Covered rood during short intense rain period. Good cleanup after job. Work was done as agreed.

I recently bought a house in Winter Park and it needed a new roof. I was getting some estimates when my new insurance company sent me a letter telling me that my insurance would be cancelled if I didn't replace the roof within three weeks. I happened to choose Master Roofing because of their reputation on Angie's List and the fact that his cost estimate was in the median of what I had received. As I currently live in Connecticut and had to do all of this by phone and email the replacement roof was a bit tricky to manage. Loyal and Beth were both fantastic. They communicated with me on a regular basis and did the work on time and within the estimated amount. Beth was kind enough to send me a CD with excellent photographs of the work in progress as well as the completed job. It was a real pleasure to deal with Loyal and Beth and I can't wait to meet them in person when I return to Florida in two weeks. Yes, I am also anxious to see the roof in person but the photographs were so clear I feel I have seen it already.

He did a great job and I am really happy with him. They were wonderful. They were on time and did what they said they would do. For example someone dropped a shingle through my screened in lanai. The screen was all tore up and I called him. He said thanks so much and I will have professional take care of that. As I look out my back window there is someone fixing the screen. They had a 15 year warranty for about $500.00 and I thought that was good.

The owner of the company personally came out to provide the quote. His years of experience and his particular method of going and performing above building code were definitely appreciated.

No problems. This is not their first job so everything was streamlined and efficient.

Everything went very, very well. They were very prompt, and got everything quicker than I had expected. They cleaned up very well after themselves. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the work that they performed, and I would recommend them to others.

Master Roofing replaced our roof in 2002. The roof fared well during the hurricanes of 2004, but we noticed a few leaks this past summer. Master Roofing came out, gave us an estimate of $50-$60 to hammer down some loose nails, and put down some tar & caulking. I approved the estimate, and they started the job. They left without leaving a bill. I called the company, and they told me never mind about the bill because I have been a good customer, and I have referred many friends to them. I definitely recommend this company.

This company is owned by a husband/wife team, with the wife, Penny, overseeing the field work. Penny is extremely efficient, responsive, professional, & delightful to work with. While the total cost was more than other estimates, the quality of the roof & the work done in installation was more than worth it. There were no hidden costs, as when a problem arose that had not initially been seen, & all the work promised was done. Truly an excellent company to do business with.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK AND WE HAD NO PROBLEMS. THEY DID THE WORK IN THE TIMEFRAME THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP THEIR MESS. YOU WOULD REALLY NEVER KNOW THEY WERE HERE.
