Horrible service and horrible comunication

We have been using them at least 3 or 4 years, maybe longer.

They're permanent. They come every three months. They leave a note on the door. Their price is very competitive. We did a lot of shopping around. They've always come when they said they would; no problem there. We called them first for spiders and with one treatment they solved that problem. He said they're very hard to keep away, and we had known that because we tried to do it ourselves. That is why we picked them because they were able to keep them gone. The termite we just started, so it's not even been a year.

We hired this company to treat our large lawn for weeds,fire ants and fertilization.The sales person inspected our lawn and sad that we have multiple areas of active chinch bugs,weeds and they will guarantee to resolve this issues.Sounds good but wait,it was a contact for1800.00 a year which you can cancel with 30 days of written notice.So we decided to hire them anyway since our lawn is very large in the open area around that always needed attention.
 After the first treatment two weeks was past, we discovered more fire ants and weeds were healthy and green.We contacted a company and asked to repeat the treatment for ants and weeds,which they did.Three weeks past nothing was right so we went to a Home Depot and treated ants couple of times and they all gone.Our weeds still in present and very happy,green.We paid over 500 dollars for two treatments and it was a waste of money and a lot of frustration.
 While the performing fertilization they left a lot of iron spots on the walkway,which was resolved after numerous phone calls but what we did not realized after canceling our services that west side of the house was sprayed with fertilizer hose and iron spots all over the exterior paint on the windows and multiple areas around.We have been traveling and we did not see it.We tried  to wash with soap,power wash it but nothing have been working.Now we have to paint whole side of the house and will cost us $800 or more. 
We wanted to say please,please  stay away from this company,your lawn would be bad,you will have weeds and ants.Plus iron spots all over,spend your money with someone who would care for less money.
Not to mention we never had chinch bugs!!!
Worse company you can hire.

As always, great job, and if I ever have any questions or concerns about the service or my lawn care they are quick to respond.

We had seen a lot of bugs while building and so we called them. They price is pretty reasonable I think. I had a problem with one tech, but they took care of the situation.

They are professional, detailed oriented, and always come back until the problem is fixed. They arrive when they say they are going to arrive. They have not only been around for a long time but they are very well known for great service in our area.

I have no termites or bugs, they are polite and do a good job.

They will come back anytime that we need them before May 21st. We were happy with the service. They are a little high priced.

They were very accommodating and punctual. They were professional.

They are prompt, polite and come when you need them to. They do a good job.
