We've had problems in the past. Today - the sprinkler tech was a no show no call. We have been trying to get someone out for almost 2 weeks. We had an appointment and Noah is the tech's name no showed and no called. Where is the management???

They come every month. I pay for it by the year. I called them because I had ants. I did a remodel on the house and when they started tearing things out they found ants. So they came and treated the ants. They are treating them now outside the house, but really it's for inside. Whenever I'm here when they come we look to see if we can find anything. When I'm not here they just do it on the outside. They have done a really good job. When I had the problem I called four or five people. They responded the best. They haven't totally taken care of the problem. It's on-going. It's a really hard type of ant to get rid of. They keep moving around the house. It's really weird. They are not inside the house any more. They do come in through the windows. When I get them sealed up that should help that problem. They are still coming in a little bit, but they are dead. There's still a little more but there's less each month. They are doing a really good job. They are really easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable about what needs to happen. They can explain it well. They seem really interested in doing a good job. You don't see a different person every month. We have the same person each time and they remember what happened last time. All of the companies I talked to were priced almost exactly the same. It was the same price as everybody else. I like the guys that come.

It is usually about $150. I think the way the bond works is that you pay all these annual fees like this for the entire time. For the tenting, that’s part of it, because you are going year after year of no problems, eventually that’s a bond. That is the way that works. I think I had to get out of the house. The price is just average for the bond. They are good, they are on time. There were no surprises there. Everybody in the neighborhood eventually gets tented. I even asked the guys who were doing the tenting, how long is my house protected now after you finish this. They said, “as soon as we take the tent off, the termites can come back!” It only kills the active termites, that is all the tenting does and then it starts over again. We have a lot of trees and they live in the trees.

I am due again in May for an annual termite inspection. The price is average. They always want to be paid before they come out. One time the technician told me he had been in the back yard and inspected everything around the house. I have locks on both gates, so I said, “not unless you jumped over the fence and then jumped back again, you didn’t inspect!“ That was a lie. It is usually about $150.

I always have to check and follow up with them on their work. I don’t get any reports on the status of my lawn unless I ask for it.

I have been using them for about ten years now. I initially started using their services because they offered a great pricing package on pest control, termite inspection, and lawn fertilization. If I ever see anything in between treatments, they will come out immediately. Overall, I have been satisfied with their services.

The management did not live up to its promises and they didn't return any of my phone calls. That's how to loose my Bus.

I don't recommend them. The actual technician who did the work is okay though. He did the work well. I think he should work for another company. They insisted on payment before they did the work. You have to deal with the office to take care of payment and I find them very money hungry. The head office is hard to deal with. They should have their technicians take care of payment and appointments.

They are really horrible about communication about issues, unlike other companies I have used or am using currently. Pest control was decent enough but lawn care was abysmal! The products they use do not work, and customer service is unprofessional, in fact, I called to cancel and the woman picked up phone and quot;what's up?and quot; And was really not caring about what I was telling her. But they probably get this often so she is accustomed to it.
I spoke to my neighbors and they have all fired Massey before!
Find something better, and save yourself some money, plus they overcharge you so you have to haggle the price down.

I would have been happy with them if they were a little bit more reasonable.

They are fine.

We have an anti-annual contract with them. They are a large outfit. We are very pleased with them. They put out a number of traps around our house and they bait them so the ant will eat it and kill the whole colony. They call to tell us they are coming although we wouldn't have to be here because it is external. We always try to be here and talk to them. They are very good. I didn't do a lot of comparisons for price but I did do comparisons for quality. I thought the price was reasonable. We have had no problems with termites.

I am very dissatisfied with them and I am in the process of changing services. I would say they are overpriced. I would tell others to keep looking. I would never use them again.

They are very knowledgeable and did a terrific job. One plan covers everything. If they have to come back, they don't charge you extra, which is nice. We also use them in the house, and they do a great job there, too. We've really worked with very talented and personable people.

There is nothing that I don't like about Massey Services Inc. I will continue to use them in the future.

They do an excellent job. They are uniformed, and ring the bell to let you know they are here.

It goes very well. They do the inspection inside and outside. They guarantee you to be termite free.

So far, they have done exactly what they say they are going to do and have done it on time. It has been OK. They are very big. There is always room for improvement. They call before they come and leave a note telling us what they did. As far as I am concerned the price is OK. If I notice some bugs on the trees, they will come out and treat the trees.

I have a monthly contract with them for pest control services. The last time they came out they sprayed the exterior of our home for pests and also spray in the bathrooms and kitchen. They also fertilize and treat our yard for lawn care. Each service costs about $40 per month. I am very satisfied with their service.
