It was excellent. so far so good. very organized and they were really act like they care. i am very pleased.

Wonderful, nice thick green lawn, no sign of bugs, fleas or anything after spraying. Guys in field are hard workers, they never disturbed anything, even my not so great gate.

On responsiveness, they are pretty responsive.

have just cancelled them. Do not respond to multiple complaints. Do not send a supervisor out, but send the kid you are complaining about. Come to your house and never get out of truck and charge for a service, so do not know who was in the truck that day, but it was the last straw.

They are working with a really impossible yard. I don't know the end result yet, but it seems to be doing better than it was, that's for sure.

I began having problems with fungus in my lawn last Fall. Called Massey and my yard tower out and asked that they improve their care. Massey said they would send an inspector out first. No communication from them for 5 months with fungus ruining bigger parts of my lawn. I called corporate to complain, listing lack of communication and failure to manage my lawn problems. Again:" we'll send someone out." So I get a door tag saying they came out but there was no followup call whatsoever. So Massey basically solved my lack of communication complaint by, yes; NOT communicating. SO I FIRED THEM, AND WOULD NOT ADVISE HIRING THEM. EVER

We use them almost every month. We pay them so much money and every service is billed separately so I have no idea how much this particular time was.  They need to have a little bit more attention to detail, although they have a major scope of services to handle your whole entire home. Our lawn has been fine since they've been coming.

It was an annual charge, as I recall. The pest control is fine. The lawn stuff, and fertilizer stuff was poor results. I am still using them. They are just big and well known, and work in the area. 

They didn't mow, they weren't hire to mow the grass or trim, they were basically much lawn people. Lawn fertilizer, lawn pest control. Annual was the way I paid it. C for everything and I would not use them again for that use. 

The result was the lawn didn't really look any better.

I had them for lawn care, but they didn't do a very good job for that. So I stopped using them for lawn care, and I use them for pest control for inside and outside. I have been using them for a long time.

I pay an annual amount. They are a big company that seems to do what you needed.

They could have kept the weeds from growing. They didn't control either of the bugs or weeds very well which was the main thing.

We have been customers of Massey since 2014. Since we have our landscaping (lawn, pest, tree) serviced regularly since 2014, we were quite concerned about the health of some of our trees earlier this year. We immediately contacted the company and were surprised to learn our foxtail palms had a potassium deficiency. We were assured the problem would be immediately addressed. We just had another quarterly service application in July 2016. The company's tech left an invoice for the service and made note on the on-going potassium deficiency. I immediately contacted the main office to discuss this on-going problem and was told a service manager would be in touch with us to set up an appointment to discuss. In the meantime, I am hoping Angie's list will be able to provide us with acceptable alternative(s) so that we can terminate our relationship with Massey asap. We definitely do not recommend this company!

I signed up for an annual contract costing around $900 for lawn and shrub fertilization and weed/pest control. For over 3 months my back yard wasn't treated at all--I only discovered this when I happened to be home during one treatment. When I inquired, we were told that Massey thought I only wanted my front yard services. Seriously? $900 annually for front yard services? I live in a subdivision with adequate sized lots, not acreage. 
Once this was resolved, we saw little difference in our backyard. It currently provides a very happy home for all kinds of weeds despite numerous calls requesting resolution :(
My front yard shrubs gave aphids and a fungus. Not sure what I'm paying for exactly...

Massey claims to offer a lot of professional services.  However, I know a lot about fertilizers and other agricultural chemicals, and have not been impressed with the techs.  They can parrot a few lines from the in-house courses, but really do not understand what they are doing except for the physical work of spraying .  We pay for yard maintenance, bug  control, and termite control . 
The termite control consists of baited traps around the house.  Most have been buried under the surface or a lying on the surface.  During their annual visit they did nothing to improve the status of these traps.  I doubt that we are getting the protection for which we are paying.
Bug control is mostly done outside by sealing cracks and crevices and is generally effective.  Only very few spiders and roaches in the house.  Occasional, irregular visits, but seems to work.
Lawn service is quarterly and fertilizer seems to work although the hedges and flowers don't seem to benefit much.  The St. Augustine grass has stayed green from the time the sod was put it, but weed control in the grassy areas is spotty and uneven.  They do not do weed control in the flower beds, which is something of a problem.
I feel that they overcharge for the services provided.  We mostly took over this service when we bought the house, but are now looking for some alternative or change in service.  This is a mixed review that lists some of the pros and cons of Massey.  In summary, I would say their ads paint a better picture than they deliver.  Only a qualified recommendation for others.

NO SHOW as of yet I am waiting to see if they come tomorrow because that is exactly one month since they have been here, I will use again if they fix this problem

The techs were supposed to come out and spray my Lawn for lawn care and for pests. They could not access my back yard once, and so they sprayed from the outside. I paid my bill inspite of my lawn looking bad. Then my lawn began to look worse and worse with huge spots of dying grass. I got a letter from the HOA warning me about the condition of my lawn I then called to complain and two managers came out and gave me a bunch of bull about being "that time of year" and they explained they had to "let some people go" because of the poor quality of work. I then sent, in writing, a notice to cancel. They hit me up with another 50 dollars for that visit! They then threatened to turn me into collections. I would never treat a customer this way. I now treat my own lawn and it looks so much better.
