You have to try out the different therapists to find one you like. Most of them are straight out of school and have very little experience, but if you can find one that's been doing it for a while, you'll get a good massage. Right now, I use Peter because he listens to what I want and need and does it. He also has many years of experience, and worked at Disney before he went to Massage Envy.

It was comfortable.  A few hairs were noticed when I got home.

We have frequented Massage Envy for the last 6 months. They are always prompt and professional. My favorite therapist is PETER, he does an awesome job! If you arrive a little ahead of time, you check in at the front desk, then they take you back to the tranquility room to relax and hydrate before your therapist comes to get you. They take you to your own private room, ask you to undress to your comfort level and lay face up on the table under the blanket, of course they leave the room while you undress. The table is heated and feels awesome. All 3 therapists I have encountered have been very courtious and professional and constantly ask if the level of pressure they are applying is comfortable for you, I think they do this especially for massage virgins.

I go there all the time. I've been going there for so long they know me personally. My masseuse has been seeing me for so long that she doesn't have to go in and get the paperwork She will stop by, see me and go straight in. I've been seeing her for three years now. So, she knows all of my issues. I am a member.

It was convenient; they got me in and I got in with the person that I was looking for that had flexible hours that met my schedule. I will use them again in the future.

I always every time go see Samantha at Massage Envy. I walk in and they know who I am. They immediately send me back to the waiting room. I wait there for few minutes until Samantha comes and gets me for the session. We discuss what's going on with my back before she starts. I've some medical problems with my back and Samantha is very knowledgeable about the issues that I have. She always asks me about any additional issues that I might have. She notices the noises I make, she can make out if it's a good one or a bad one. The time just flies by and afterwards I feel like a brand new person, every time. I'm very happy with the service. I would continue to go there in the future.
