 + -1 moreHe did not pull permits for projects requiring work. He did several roofs after the hurricane and did not pull permits even though he was expressly told to and had assured us he had. We found out he had not when we required proof of past inspection. 1/2 the roofs did not pass inspection. Inaccurate billing. When we refused payment for work billed and not completed he filed a lien against the property. The contractor is unethical and unreliable.
Description of Work: This provider did multiple jobs on our condo project. Including roofing and other construction repairs
