Mr. Izzo was here at 10 on the nose as planned. He took the time to explain what he would be doing both outside and inside our home, and he answered all my questions. He actually seemed to enjoy his work (how often do you see that?) I felt very comfortable that he is competent, and I was telling my husband just now that Mr. Izzo is probably the most polite young man we have ever hired for any job. Before he left, he told me he would check with us next week and that I should call earlier than that if I had a question. This is our first experience with pest control, as we are from the Northeast, and we will call Mantis next year for another inexpensive checkup.
