Maid to Clean

I must clarify the ladies who were sent did an excellent job but the contact person is who I’m grading an F! Very deceptive in quoting a price for a deep cleaning. Stated they’d do certain services which were included in the price quoted then when ladies were here ended up staying longer to do jobs that were suppose to be in the deep cleaning price then added additional cost and when I tried calling wouldn’t call me back and ended up taking 80 dollars over quoted price. Very rude unprofessional and I’d never hire them again not refer them!!!!

Things started off great and they did a wonderful job initially. However, a few weeks in we began to notice they were not staying the full two hours we paid for, and little things were left not complete, like the dusting of our chair rails. The real issues started when we noticed our stainless steel stove finish was damaged due to an incorrect cleaning product used. We requested compensation for our damaged stove and were only offered two free cleanings for a value of $160 which hardly covered the damage. We let the stove incident slide, but really should have cancelled services then because after our next cleaning service we noticed our microwave paneling had become damaged, as well as dents in the dry wall and damage to vinyl decals in our daughters room. Upon contacting the office we were told "sorry, you were already provided with two free cleanings, we are sorry to lose your business." We STRONGLY encourage you look else where for professional cleaning services!

Their are incredible flexible, timely and have been using them for 10 years.

The team worked very hard and did a fantastic job!  Could not have aksed for better service.  However the quote given based on too little time to allow for deep and routine cleaning  This resulted in an unexpected adjustment on the bill.  But most importantly it made the team run late for their next job.
